I had a great service, Nikki was very friendly and extremely helpful, she seen me struggle to lift the heavy item and right away offered to help. Highly recommended!!

We are so happy with our new kitchen from Wickes! Huge thank you to Marius who took the time to talk us through and show us all of the options available, and listened as we worked out what would be best. His ability to change the design to best suit our needs gave us the personalised touch to make the kitchen most functional for our lifestyle. This was the first company we got a quote from, and we just kept coming back from other quotes wishing it was more like Marius’ design! The experience of working with Marius was the driving decision behind us choosing Wickes for our kitchen, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I will be recommending Marius and Wickes to all of my friends and family for their future home improvements!

We were looking for a paint to match out new wallpaper as we are decorating the bathroom. Couldn't find a good match but David P used the colour match machine to find us one that matched our preference almost perfectly. Great service 😁

Only bothering my arse to write this review so Alec @ Halbeath gets his fiver or whatever bonus for a review. Went in for stanley knife, got Stanley knife, left. Simple. No added extras were received. Just pay your staff better rather than beg for reviews.

Nikki was extremely helpful pointing out locations for several items, dispite being stuck on the till. New where everything was.

David P what a super Friendly and Most Helpful Young Man .
Not only was my order awaiting me When I arrived. He assisted me with a query. Now I know some will say But that's there job ,Not this Guy he Went the Extra Mile And as said Super Friendly, Most Helpful, His Manners and Customer Service were a credit to WICKES.

David from the Dunfermline store helped us with some paint mixing queries and mixed a tester pot of our chosen colour. David greeted us with a smile and made sure to double check the colour selection and base.
He was very friendly and knowledgeable, answering our questions fully and making helpful suggestions to ensure our decorating project runs smoothly.
His customer service was excellent and he deserves recognition for this.

I had a strange and rare experience on my visit to the Wickes store today . I received service which was just up and far above the normal. As I struggled with the large shopping trolley as I approached the store, Nikki ( lovely helpful staff member) help me with my trolley and it just got better . Thanks Wickes! Nikki your a valuable asset to Wickes and I just wanted to let them know !

I've recently had my new kitchen installed by Wickes. From the planning stage to completion Marius Raaths the design consultant was fantastic helping with the design and choices. Marius kept in touch all the way through sorting any issues I had. Thankyou for giving me my dream kitchen.

Nicki was amazing! I went in and explained the work I was looking to do. She took me around the shop selecting the correct paints and recommended things in regards to brushes and paint tray liners etc. Couldn’t have made it any easier for me! Thanks Nicki!

Just nipped into Wickes for the first time on Saturday to have a look to see what tiles and flooring they had and was really surprised, found something I liked really quickly so asked the girl Nikki at the desk for some help as I had my toddler with me, she went above and beyond, so far as to get a trolley load up everything I needed and even came out to the car and loaded it up! Was really please with my experience and 5 stars for Nikki she is an absolute gem! Thank you

Popped into Wickes in Dunfermline for a bag of kiln sand for our driveway. It was at back of shop and I was struggling to carry to checkout when David a member of staff noticed. He came up and offered to take it to checkout and then when i was paying he continued to hold it and offered to take out to car for me. What a helpful young man - made my day . Excellent customer service

Nikki& Rebecca were very friendly and helpful with buying paint I needed mixed. Nikki was very knowledgeable with the paint a great help.

We were in wickes in Dunfermline today to buy paint. We had no idea how to go about getting the colour mixed but Nicki helped, she was really good and answered all our questions.

Rebecca on the tills was very friendly and efficient. Stevie could not have been more helpful when I came in with a discontinued shade of paint to touch up my hall. He talked me through how to get a sample then colour matched it for me. This will save me so much work.

David in the dunfermline branch was a star tonight. Helped me find what I needed. Lifted it for me. Got me a trolly and then escorted me out and helped me load the car. 5* service.

David was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in assisting with the purchase of timber/materials for a decking project. Great service, 5 stars

David was extremely helpful for me today, I needed 4 slabs and a bag of sand and was struggling due to injury, he lifted the slabs off the shelf for me and even loaded my car without me asking... I owe him a bag of doritos 😋
