I went to Wickes in Doncaster to get a new ubend pipe for under the sink.I had taken the old part with me but I had no idea what I needed or the size. A most helpful man called Rob sorted it for me. He was very kind and spent a long time finding the right part.

My paint was originally mixed at Wickes Doncaster, but unfortunately it came out the wrong colour. The Doncaster manager was brilliant and contacted Rotherham Wickes for me, so I went straight up and had it remixed by a lovely gentleman and lady, who got the colour absolutely perfect! 😊
There must be something wrong with the mixing machine at Doncaster. A big thank you to the fantastic staff at Rotherham for sorting it out, and also to the Doncaster manager for being so helpful. Excellent customer service all round! ⭐
