I went to purchase a storage box in Catford the associate who i asked for help couldnt help and was ery unwilling to help. The security guard was the person who helped he found out where the item i wanted was and took it down for me and helped me take it to the cashier. This man needs a job as some kind if associate other than security. Or pay himmore

After losing my trade card and down loading the trade app it was the first time of using it and I was slow in finding the discount barcode,Ben at the checkout was very helpful and quickly sorted it for me, I’ve got my 10% discount back.👍

I went into the store earlier this morning to look at some paints for bathrooms and kitchens and I met one of the workers called Ben. What an absolute gem. He is definitely an asset to Wickes!! customer service that he provided for me was next to none Ben was a very helpful and knowledgeable sales assistant, he even walked me to my car and helped me put the paint I had 10 L of it into my car great guy thank you Ben. Keep up the good work.
