Wickes - Bletchley Reviews 

I wrote in trust pilot last week about my broken electric shower since last 5 weeks, and guess what.. still no action done by Wickes bletchley Milton Keynes.. they got my no. But in response wise, nothing at all.
I was hoping they will bear the cost..as I am still paying for my bathroom installation done in January 2024. Thanks

Spiros in the Bletchley store was exceptionally helpful and gave great advice. A real credit to your store having such knowledgeable staff on hand

The team were very attentive and helped me locate a lawn levelling rake.

Couldn’t find the tape I was looking for so asked one of your staff, Chloe, who could our have been more helpful! Lovely, polite and cheerful; total credit to your store!

Well I went to take back all my handles but no-one could find my online order for the extra x4 handles I required. I went to both Bletchley and Winterhill stores, chap at Winterhill stores gave me customer service number, I called them, gave details they asked for, was placed on hold as chap couldn't find anything, then told me that it had gone from the system, yet the 6 months deadline would have been on 23rd Sep 2026, so was still in date. When I got home I phoned CS again, gave same details and Shaun found the order, gave me my order number so that I could receive the rest of my refund.

I went back to Bletchley as that was where I'd placed the order. Told the two members of staff and another what had happened. Clearly Wickes CS didn't want me to receive a refund. They wouldn't even allow me to exchange for others that I chose, due to how their system works. I wish to say that the staff in the Bletchley store were absolutely fab in trying every way they could to resolve my problem. Especially the red head lady, she was wonderful and then the other lady, in taking over and sanctioning my refund. Thank you Tammy & Chloe. So for the help in this store they get full 5☆'s but the first chap at CS only gets 1☆, Shaun thank you for having no trouble in finding my order and please have a word with the chap that took my call earlier yesterday 16 Sep 2026 and inform him I was unimpressed with him as my receipt was still in date

Went into Wickes Bletchley looking for some grinder blades didn’t have a clue what I was looking for and then Brad the manager came over and gave me a hand really helpful and really polite couldn’t have found what I was looking if he didn’t come and give me a hand

The staff were friendly and very helpful. They not only showed me where the paint I needed to buy was but also recommended equipment for me to use. They were patient and knowledgeable. Would recommend and give 6 stars if I could!

Fantastic service from Brandon. Purchased a Bosch cordless mower a month ago - used twice and stopped working. Contacted Bosch who were rather unhelpful. Yes they can collect and repair but only if I secure packaging myself.
Spoke to Brandon on the phone and arranged to visit after lunch. Replacement mower supplied - many thanks.

Oli helped us to design a brand new kitchen from our floor plan, he guided us through the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. We were very grateful for all his advice and we were impressed by his genuine knowledge of design and home improvement. We were able to look at a lot of the products in-store but Oli also gave us a lot of ideas based on his own experiences.

I had a very disappointing experience with Wickes. I selected a specific delivery date for my fencing so I could have it installed the following day, but the order was not delivered as promised. Instead, it was delivered to the wrong store, and I was simply told it was due to a new driver.

There was no real effort to resolve the issue or get my order to me, despite the inconvenience it caused. As a result, I had no choice but to cancel the order. I had already arranged and paid for someone to come and fit the fence the following day, so the failed delivery has delayed my entire project and left me out of pocket.

Very poor service, unreliable delivery, and disappointing customer support. I wouldn’t recommend Wickes based on this experience.

Oli at Bletchley Wickes designed a perfect kitchen for me with a huge amount of storage and made maximum use of all the space that was available
My fitter was Shaun and his quality of work was outstanding
The customer service also kept in touch throughout to make sure everything was going to plan
I highly recommend

Oliver Hawkins, Design Consultant at Wickes, Bletchley worked with us to design a kitchen from the bespoke range that would work well in the limited space we have. Oli worked around issues that cropped up and the final result is that we have a kitchen that we are very happy with.
ARO Installations, Milton Keynes, installed the new units and integrated appliances, carried out the plumbing and also arranged for plastering and electrics to be done. ARO Installations had to deal with some very old pipework, low ceiling and lack of space. Eight months on, we are very pleased with the kitchen. I'm sure it was a real pain to work on, but they have done a great job.
Each delivery was received before the installation date and nothing was missing or damaged.
Wickes customer service has been very helpful.

I needed to open a trade account and approached a young lady named chloe who was very helpful indeed she walked me through the process of setting up the account app on my phone and explained every single detail to me ,she made the whole process stress free ,and to be honest I could not thank her enough
