Wickes - Bexhill Reviews 

Utterly rubbish customer service. Have delivered half of our kitchen, customer experience team don’t seem to care or be proactive to resolve issues. Never purchase a kitchen from Wickes unless you want it half completed and like to wait for support that never seems to come.

FYI Andrew- you said that someone would investigate my previous review left 4 days ago - low and behold no one at Wickes has done anything!

Clemilson Honorato and his son Michael did a fantastic job fitting our new kitchen, designed through Wickes Bexhill. Clem is highly skilled and takes great pride in his work. Both he and Michael were quiet, tidy and considerate throughout, and a pleasure to have in the house. Clem was also very helpful and sorted out a small issue that arose along the way without any fuss. We’re really pleased with the finished kitchen and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a skilled, reliable and considerate team.

Ordered, on line, some top soil and stone chips for delivery. First time i had used Wickes for some years.
Telephone from Bexhill branch (about the 5th nearest Wickes from me) that day at tea time when we had guests. Caller said did not have stone chips did i want delivery of remainder or not. I said i had paid for delivery and would there be a delivery refund or delivery of chips at a later date?
Very abruptly caller said no and after my protrst the call ended
I did not cancel the order.
Nothing further heard about delivery (no email or telephone call from Wickes) so i telephoned customer services the next day. They said order had been cancelled. I complained i had not cancelled and they offered to connect me to the store. I said OK...waited... then line went dead.
What an awful company and an unpleasant experience.

I recently moved and needed to do some improvements. Wickes is my nearest for diy in Bexhill on Sea.
Chose some paint. The cashier, Hoz, was very friendly.
I then discovered similar paint left in my garage and decided I would see if I could get a refund but I had mislaid my receipt.
When I turned up the same cashier was on the desk and remembered me. Called over her manager, Wesley. They found my purchase on the computer and happily arranged a refund.
The service I received from the staff was faultless. They were efficient and helpful. I would definitely shop there again.

My wife and I wanted a change made to our bathroom so we went along to our local Wickes in Bexhill and were met by Kylie Young, who became our design consultant. Kylie came to our house and measured up, giving lots of advice. We then went along to Wickes to see the finished design and Kylie was really helpful with suggestions and ideas. She was easy to get along with, very polite and professional. My wife and I visited the store a few times, just fine tuning a few things, and were always able to see Kylie, who happily tweaked our design and order. We are waiting now for our site survey.

We had a Wickes bathroom fitted. Vikki, our designer at Wickes Bexhill, was very helpful and made the process very smooth. It is our second Wickes bathroom/ensuite and we used the same fitters, Gary and John from Dimensions, who were excellent.

Kylie was pleasant, friendly and efficient. She planned our kitchen with us very well.

George was very welcoming and polite, I went to George with a plan of my small kitchen and he helped bring this to life, he was very skilled and gave some good practical solutions to some of the concerns I had. George was patient and sat with me through 2 appointments, he listened to my ideas and took them on board. Thank you, I look forward to my new kitchen.

We have just ordered our new bathroom and it was so quick and easy to do, Kylie Young walked us through the process step by step and the plan she did was amazing, plus she helped us visualise our dream bathroom, by going through all the items in the showroom that were on the plan and making changes were needed, which was great. Thank you Kylie for all your help.

What outstanding service from Vikki in helping me plan my new bathroom. Through careful questioning and listening, she quickly gathered lots of information and was then able to guide me in making decisions. She was careful in ensuring I made the decisions but also did not hesitate to point out where things could be better. She had plans ready to show me within a couple of days and when I went to the showroom was very helpful in ensuring I was happy with my choices, as well as amending anything where I had had a change of mind. I now feel very confident about my choices and look forward to having it all actually completed. Thank you, VIkki!

Had a kitchen fitter out. Measured up kitchen. Until we started we didn’t realise that we didn’t have the correct cupboards… and now we have nearly finished the kitchen we could of had a bigger unit…I don’t no what they where thinking

December First 2026.Ordered a walk in shower. Installer could not install a walk in shower, instead built a step in shower. did not tell Wickes. Items for shower arrived 11 days before installers were due. We had no where to store them, as we live over our cafe.No garden/no garage and so the panels had to be in the cafe.Panels were the wrong size. Xmas came New panels came in. Packages were labeled wrongly panels were wrong size. February 22 after 3 months we get a working shower .We had to wash our son in a plastic dustbin and wash our selves in the sink.

Just ordered our kitchen from wickes in Bexhill where the lovely young lady Kylie served us she was so helpful and understanding with us . She came to our house helped plan the kitchen we wanted which was fantastic top class service just can’t wait to get it fitted now . Thanks Kylie

We have a Wickes kitchen that was supplied and fitted over nine years ago. It still looks good and has performed perfectly. Wickes were therefore the obvious supplier to equip our new utility room and a second kitchen. Kylie Young, the Wickes designer, was able to interpret our ideas and come up with a perfect design and we happily placed an order.
