Excellent service !! I have been a customer of Wholesale Sportswear for just over 4 years now and never had any issues . Customer service is efficient , Website easy to use , pay for items and then receive them a few days later ! Even the courier keeps you in the loop of when they will be delivered ! Highly recommend !

I have been a customer for about 12 months, over which time I have seen a consistently poor quality of products and equally poor level of customer service when things go wrong.
I rely on being able to buy quality products to ensure that I gain and retain happy customers. It is evident that quality is not a priority for Wholesale Sportswear and conflicts with my business values.
Furthermore, there are often things that go wrong e.g. quality, delivery, damaged units, missing units which is combined with very poor customer service when you try to resolve things. The service I have received has always felt blunt, rude and sometimes ignored - certainly not treating me as valued but as if their issue is my problem!
Looking at other reviews my experiance appears to be consistent with others who have also cited similar issues.
It is these combination of factors that has led me to making the decision to no longer use this supplier. I am also unable to reccomend this supplier to anyone else either.
3-d my order on website was not paypal - was by card... Didn't put 2 of 16 pairs and also 1 didn't has box. Didn't answer the question why i Paid for 16 pairs and get just 14. Only PayPal. Don't going to order this seller next time.
Sent multiple emails, but most I do not get a reply to! This company seems only concerned with making money and not keeping their customers happy. I had one order with not 1, but 2 items missing!! I was not told about this and was left to chase them up about this.
***EDIT*** Just looking back at the reviews there seems to be an unusual pattern for the good reviews.
Yes, the products are authentic and genuine, but customer service seems way down on the list of priorities.
All in all a poorly run outfit with a management team that does not really respect their customers.
