Big Up for Izzy (hope I heard your name correctly)
Initially I was very angry because the company they choose to courier their goods is useless (I won’t mention them here but they will get a separate review) and managed to needlessly deliver my order to a random address without any real identifiable details (I was home at the time and able to accept a delivery if anyone actually knocked my door). I spoke to (I think) Izzy who arranged a Whitards refund within 24 hours. Two days later, the person who took the delivery brought it to my house, a bit confused as to why I had not gone to collect it (answer: I didn’t know where it had been delivered). I called Whitard back to let them know I had received the order and to pay for it. They gifted me the items, worth nearly £50 for the inconvenience. Bad experience turned good. Just need to change their chosen courier.
