These guys always deliver fast and if you need aftercare they also are very quick and accurate. Have bought 3-4 items from them and never a bad experience. Think their prices are super competitive and a really trustworthy place to shop.

Fast delivery, bad staff attitude

It’s good to get the product according to specific time. But the delivery person was not so nice, he didn't go into my house to take the old machine even if I order and pay for the service.

Fast shipping

They shipped the microwave quite fast and the price was great. My only complaint is that the microwave box was not wrapped or anything, it was just sent off in it's original box and the box had 2 arm holes for carrying. Overall, I'd buy from this company again. They offer great deals.

This company is knowingly selling…

This company is knowingly selling defected machines from Bosch (BSH Sweden, 1.5 stars on trustpilot!) and will not help in anyway when the Bosch machines fails.
It's an absolute lawless disgrace and the only thing I can hope for is for these two companies to go bankrupt due to poor reviews.

False advertising.

False advertising.
After i bought a washing machine and paid upfront with installation.
For 1300sk extra one would carry it up and install.
They would call me to agree on a date and time that would fit me best.
But it became, after they took my money, only on Thursday between 8.00-17.00.
I was so tired of it that i cancelled the order, never recieving my washing machine.
They send me a retur sticker by mail...for a product i never recieved.
Had to call 3 times?!? to demand my money back...took a week, A WHOLE WEEK TO GET MY OWN MONEY BACK.
And of course i am "unpleasant" over the telefon when asking for my money back and hanging up on me.
It is very unpleasant to have to chase your own money.
Plus it doesn't help you have children working the support line who take everything personal...you work there, do your work.
From order till my money back took 3 weeks, -1* for this company.
Bad company, fals advertising, unprofessional customer support.
Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else, not here.

Horrible Delivery Service

Whiteaway's delivery service is insanely bad. They give you 1 phone call 30 minutes before arrival (on weekdays only!), and before that they dont specify which time of day they will be delivering, so effectively you need to stay home from work the entire day waiting for a call from an unknown number. And if you miss that call (like if you are on another phone call), it is impossible to call/sms them back. Then you just get an automatic email saying "delivery failed" and then you need to call customer service. I had to call/email customer service 10 times before finally manageing to be at home at the right time to receive the delivery. Other delivery services send links or sms/emails well in time, so you can track the delivery and plan your day. We live in Stockhom city, and have never expereinced a delivery service as useless and frustrating as Whiteaways. Never again.

I am of course sorry that the delivery has messed up for you. It is true that the driver usually calls 1-2 times to reach you customers.

They always go out to the location in case they cannot reach you as a customer, to try to deliver the goods anyway. In this case, unfortunately, they couldn't get hold of you either on the phone or at home, which made the delivery a failed delivery.

We have the option in the system that when you as a customer place your order, you can book a specific day and time and pay extra for this, in this case you have chosen free delivery between 7am and 6pm

Whiteaway website is great, delivery service sucks

Hi, Whiteaway as a website is good. The checkout, pay and website is solid and you have quick customer service. The reason for the negative rating and why i cant recommend you guys are your delivery service that you use. My delivery was 2 days late. which is okay i dont mind late delivery,
but that the delivery company cant give a estimate time of arrival is what annoys me, I had to wait at home for 10h long between 9am-6pm. And because the delivery didnt arrive the first date i had to wait another 10h the next day. 20h... jaiks! , not a good impression. 2nd massive issue is i selected and paid that the old washing machine be removed. The truck driver refused to get the washing machine from my apartment and said i need to bring it for him... so i said okay well its waiting in my apartment but i dont have a trolley to move it... thus the reason why i chose this service... He got annoyed ...i was like dude... didnt i pay for this service, else if i could move it i would move it myself? , so he gave me the trolley and said i had 5min..., i was like what...., cuz i had formal work clothes on, so i was running in my office shoes pickedup the old washing machine rolled it all the way to the truck, i had to wash my formal clothes after that because washing machines weigh a ton. But theres no way my Mother or Grandmother will be able to do that, and thats the problem , you cant charge for a service and then expect the customer to do it.... Change your delivery service its killing your brand.

We can't identify your order so we will have to give you a general answer.
Regarding the 10 hour delivery interval, this is the case for our free delivery option. For most zip codes you may choose delivery during a shorter time - morning, afternoon or evening for an additional fee. The options may differ between the weekdays.

Regarding the removal of your old machine we offer 2 different options. One cheaper option where the customer needs to bring the machine down to the door or curbside and a bit more expensive option where the driver will pick up the old machine from your home. The cars that offert the in-home option are staffed with 2 persons since this is harder.

The worst shopping experience I’ve ever had

Absolutely horrible service with no one helping to solve the issue and just transferring me between departments. I spent hours with them on the phone and sent over 30 emails trying to make an exchange of a faulty product within 14 days guarantee. Never email or call back as they promised. The worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.
