Very very bad service. I bought a washing machine, it reached on 16th July but people didn't come for Installation for 26th July that too by calling there helpline number again and again. Worst servicing. Never buy

Maine apne whirlpool ke freeze ki complaint ki but technician teprery check kr k 350/- Rs checkup fees le gya maine dobara complaint ki ...but koi bhi response nahi mila. V.V.V Bad Survice. Agar kisi customer ka freeze kharab ho to bahar kisi technician se sahi krwa lena kharcha bhi kum aayga. Thanks

Worst customer care service. Please don't purchase products from Whirlpool. They will not attend your complaint ontime.

Very Bad Quality Dont buy Whirlpool. All parts continuesly broken and drop down.

Really really just sevice from whirlpool ..past two days calling the. Customer support people keep on telling technician will come ..no one responding nor reaching to us ..DONT BUY WHIRLPOOL ....

Worst service ever. These people only play with their customers. If you want to buy any appliance from them please don't. I have an issue with my NEW washing machine since 15 days but these people are asking me to wait for 7-8 days more as the part isn't available. We are tired of making calls but no use. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Whirlpool and its representatives regarding a Whirlpool refrigerator I purchased from Girias, Koramangala in September 2024, along with an additional 2-year extended warranty, for which I paid extra.

In May 2025, the refrigerator developed a gas leakage issue. I promptly contacted Whirlpool customer care, and after nearly a week, a technician named Mr. Ravi Kumar (Contact: 8861522263) visited. Despite my valid warranty, I was incorrectly informed that I had no warranty coverage. I was then asked to pay ₹3,030 for a new 2-year warranty and an additional ₹2,500 in service charges — totaling ₹5,530.
After making the payment in good faith, I was assured the repair would be completed within 2 days. However, it has now been over 20 days, and no one has responded to my follow-ups. I have also attempted to contact Ms. Pooja (Executive, Contact: 8448839149) and Mr. Ravi Kumar multiple times, but my calls and messages remain unanswered.

This level of service is unacceptable from a reputed brand like Whirlpool. I feel deceived, and I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my complaint and the lack of accountability shown by your service personnel.

Just 3 months old machine got problem, we complaint to fix it technician charge every time now he say to replace the machine and there will be unnecessary charges approx 20000/-bad bad bad 😞

I have complaint against refrigerator 17 may but no response from service provider and service area manager not picking call. Very poor service and I suggest any one not buy any whirlpool appliances.
