Whif customer service reached out when i had a problem and were very good to say they’d replace the perfume if needed.I was happy in the end and have enjoyed my experience with Whif.

15 days to fulfill an order and still taking orders ! Joke . Don’t bother if you’re hoping for a quick delivery for a gift or important occasion.

I love the perfumes - the scents are exactly what they are supposed to be and last so long! Just giving a 4 stars as delivery took so long.

Ordering was quick and easy to navigate. Delivery was very fast and the perfumes were very affordable and smelt fantastic (just like the original, but not the price. Very happy and would definitely reccommend.

I’ve brought several of my favourite ones.
I have people commenting immediately when they walk in my room. Instantly recognising the scent I have on. It’s lasts all day. Super happy 😃 and I’ll continue to buy all of my expensive (not expensive)!! Perfumes from Wiff… 10 out of 10…

Scent nothing like what was advertised. Poor longevity. I'd rather pay the extra money for the real deal. Disappointing as the mens fragrances seem to hit the mark.

Very happy with both fragrances ordered. Delivery was quick and items were packaged well. I often am asked about the fragrance I am wearing and I proudly tell them I purchased it from Whif.

This was my 1st order, I only purchased 3 x 10ml sizes, mainly because I wanted to try a small amount first & unfortunately for me I'm no spring chicken & can't get out & about much any more. I am so very happy with these & they have certainly lived up to my expectations & the hype surrounding them❤️

The ladies & mens perfume is amazing, lasts all day & I have received so many compliments. I am now ordering for our daughters as they were so impressed when I wore my Patchouli Muse to dinner, the Son-in-law’s are asking for the men’s for Christmas, so that is impressive. The postage was extremely quick as well.

Fragrance is great, I've bought 3 bottles now and 2 of the bottles have had faulty dispenser pumps so haven't been able to use all the product. A little frustrating, maybe to be expected for the price point. If the bottles worked well and I could use all the fragrance they are ideal dupes.

I got the vanilla one for my daughters birthday then I loved it so much I needed one as well. It's beautiful thank you for making cleaner products that I can use in my household.

I purchased 1 bottle of perfume and at checkout it offered a second bottle at a cheaper price, I declined this offer but was still charged for n additional bottle. I contacted Whif and explained this and they are still refusing to refund one bottle. Won’t purchase from them again.
