A bit fiddly to set up and I still couldn't connect to my sky account, but it worked well on everything else. Worth the money and I would definitely recommend it.

Always use Whenaway as never lets me down.

I took out a month subscription to try, and found it a bit of a challenge to set up, but once done it did work to allow me access to my TeeVeeing app, but I couldn’t connect to the streaming services, so did not renew after one month. It also allows connection to only one device.

I was afraid to use your service because when I tried to connect I was told I would be connected to some site named Mandrill or similar. So I never used it and won't renew it.

it is much too complicated to get into, for someone with no technical knowledge, yet it says (before you pay) that it is easy.

I had lots of trouble setting it up and thought it was very complicated. Once set up I tried to watch ITVX, but had no success. I paid for one week and didn’t get to use for one day.

When Away provides an excellent VPN and outstanding support, but at present it does not cover the Amazon Fire Stick, which I use with every Television in my home.

Excellent and easy to use once you get set up correctly. Sometimes you may have to re log in.

I was treated so badly by this company will never use again I first purchased a months in February which worked fine at first then I was taken ill and didn’t use all of the months use. When I I returned back to Perth Iwent online and purchased another months use after a few days after struggling to get the Bob to accept the password I was told to purchase another membership which the end I was told to stop sending emails one big con they are not very helpful I was very dissapointed by their service.i have copies of emails but it won’t let me load them on this si reluctantly did purchase another 7.99worthi spent£15 and the helpline was terible

After getting it set up on both my iPhone & iPad before going to Madeira, on arrival I connected to vpn on my phone and was very happy with the performance. When I tried to connect on my iPad it kept disconnecting.
This was simply resolved on e-mailing Home Away - they can’t both be on at the same - only one at a time! After that everything worked very well.

Paid the 5.99 only to discover I need to pay another 7.99 for a vpn for one weeks tv viewing. There were no details on ‘when away’ that I would have to install a vpn at the cost of 7.99. It’s only after I paid the 5.99 that I was surprised to learn of the vpn
