PATHETIC WEBSITE ! untrained staff banned MY account for purchases I PAID FOR using MY CARD!!

I loved the packages I’ve received except for one that I received with different candy in there and one of the bags were open in the box and what they sent me isn’t what they were advertising. I tried to leave a message with them and I haven’t gotten a response and I believe I left a message with you guys and I was told that it’s been over the limit for a refund. I just received the package on September 30 other than that. The other packages were great.

I ordered off a seller on here I ordered 27 items only received 20 I messaged seller and they said they would sent my items out and send two extra I was more than happy with that I waited 2 weeks no reply I asked put them sending my items out they said they were going to check the camera to see if my items were actually sent to me and they would get back to me by Monday so I waited until Monday still not message back so I contacted whatnot them self they said they would contact the seller to either get my items sent out or give me refund this was about 3-4 weeks ago still no message no email no nothing about my refund or missing items I am very not happy about the experience I have had this was one of my first orderes all other sellers have been amazing but clearly that seller didn’t want to send me the most expensive items I had got of there auction what not should be dealing with this in the right way if they have contact the seller and they haven’t replied when they have had 3-4 weeks to do so what not should give me refund and the seller isn’t complying with what they need to do , this is clearly not my fault as I have done evening and have gave more then another time for this to be resolved and it hasn’t now I’m down money and haven’t revived nothing and the seller is still continuing to sell more items

I love the enormous amount of products that you can choose from. The hosts that I interacted with were amazing! The products that I purchased are great!

I live in a small town so there are not alot of places to shop and Whatnot gives you a whole arey of things to get that ya can't get just anywhere and the prices are also great

I have just seen a transaction from my account, which I have no idea what it's for. I am not a member of this platform.
Just be aware of this platform.
I have spoken to my bank, unfortunately it's still pending , which means it will get paid, then I have to contact the fraud team who will look into the transaction. BUT, The bank now charges £100 .Its a no win situation. Anyone can help themselves to your money.
Whatnot has been blocked from my account. All these online platforms have a huge risk attached to them.
BE AWARE OF ALL THESE COMPANIES.

Really good platform.
Some amazing people and streamers and some that take advantage of ‘novice’ collectors.

Fast shippers anf quality products but there are some that need help communicating after the sale.

I was initially drawn to Whatnot because the auction format makes it feel like you're getting a bargain. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience at all. Many of the items I bid on and won turned out to be significantly overpriced. After doing some research afterwards, I often found the exact same items elsewhere for less than half of what I paid.

Like many people, I got caught up in the excitement and competitiveness of the auctions, which made it easy to overspend. That's on me, and it's definitely been a learning experience. While the platform can be entertaining, I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for genuine deals. I'll be shopping around and comparing prices in future, and I won't be using Whatnot again.

Everything I have bought from the dealers I have been very happy with them . The application is very simple but a warning it’s very addictive . lol 😂
The delivery service from Royal Mail is great no complaints as yet . You bid for things you want so it’s value for money if you get it at the price you want it for .

I am enjoying Whatnot, but you have to control your spending, I kinda just watched for my favorites, but when they are now having a show, you find someone that is and you find you really like them. My items have a been great and shipping is very quick which I like. I recommend Whatnot!

I have been waiting since the 18th sept for a refund from garysand still nothing was to hear by today but no one is replying its ridiculous the seller is gone too i want my money back
