So far all the sellers that I've purchased from the shipping has been fast and my purchases have been packaged well. I also like the variety of sellers.

I have only ever had positive experiences with the app itself as well as sellers. It is an easy to function app and a lovely space. I cant comment on much else 😊

Hire real people that can talk and help customers. The in app service ticket system can be incredibly useless. Waiting a minimum 48 hrs to respond to one email at a time is insane. These guys are running a gigantic casino, I refuse to believe that they can’t afford useful customer service agents.

Seller refusing to send my card that I bought. Sellers name: ezzy_tcg. I asked for whatnot to step in and help. Absolutely no help whatsoever can’t even reply to me. Not for the first time such poor customer service. Two weeks and still nothing.

It is wonderful I have gotten so many deals. Love it I am hooked

In my opinion you pay over the odds and lots of items cheaper on tik tok. Sellers say next day postage but can be waiting well over a week. It’s not for the faint hearted as some use quite a bit of bad language. Saying that there a few good sellers but these are far and few

Ap is dumb af... Click on "sneakers" and it takes you to an Ad for that brand. What's with the short videos and live streams!?! Uninstalled with in 2mins of use. 👎

Trust the site, goods arrive in timely manner and good quality

Bought quite a few things on this site but sadly after winning an expensive pair of trainers for a real bargain the seller can be heard saying to his mate that I’ll keep these by here and sent me a much cheaper pair, after contacting customer services about this I’m amazed they have not done anything about this other than refund me and have continued to let the seller off Scot free and continue selling. An auction is a gamble but has rules that must be obeyed.whats more i cant even leave a bad review on the item that didn’t arrive on the purchase feedback.

I like that everything is in real time and it's all secure and with legit sellers. Can't wait to take a swing at the selling aspect! Usually find everything plus some when searching for items. Overall can't complain! 4.5 or if 5 in my book. Haven't had a order be messed up yet.

Honestly, it’s a great platform for selling vinyl, there’s a great community out there, people are respectful, ask questions, and our part of the show. The record store has moved to my phone.

Great service

Really enjoying using Whatnot. There’s loads of great stuff on there, especially if you like branded clothing and finding bargains. The live auctions make it more interesting than just normal online shopping, and I’ve already picked up some really good deals. Delivery has been good and everything has been straightforward so far. Definitely recommend giving Whatnot a try if you haven’t already!
