Our experience with Wex
Our company signed with Wex looking for a factoring company not only with competitive prices but also with good debt collection management and the ability to adapt to our system. Jaime Buzachero has been with us from the beginning, her professionalism captivated us from the first day and her attention to our company needs has remained constant, we have gone through times in the industry with a lot of turnover and times of crisis, and we have always counted on the support of Wex. The client portfolio with which they allow us to work is the largest in the market, the speed in decision making, and the management of debtors as a whole is a plus for FDS.

Wex employees cares about their factoring clients.
There was an issue with my old factoring company still receiving pay for loads I factored with Wex. Shena Walker explained the process and procedures as noted, but Ms Walker allowed me the opportunity to explain to her that after my research the information that was missing and causing the system to revert back to the old factoring company. She handled the issue and restored my correct deposit so my company would not suffer any losses. I respect her knowledge of the factoring department and I'm proud that she is on my team to assist. Great Job Shena!!

I had a problem with my current factoring company RTS requesting a LOR from WEX Capital. After spending about a hour explaining to RTS that I’ve never factored with Wex Capital, I decided to give them a call and spoke with Shena Walker from Wex Capital. She immediately found the problem and resolved this issue within 5 minutes. Thanks Shena, keep up the great work.

I had a representative Shena walker
I had a representative Shena walker. She helped me above and beyond. I called several times earlier way before there cut off time to get our payment wired. Everyone gave me a generic answer. However, this lady to time to help me just pass there cut off time. This was not the first time. She really has always been helpful, ensuring that all our documents were correct etc. However, this time we really needed the funds asap. This lady is exceptional in what she does. So, I had to write this review.

Better Than Expected
Being new to the trucking business and factoring Wex have not disappointed. Noah has been nothing short of amazing!!! I can't think of a better person to represent the company. He is so patient and kind. He has a big heart and his willingness to help is beyond words. I've worked with many people in the customer service field, and I have yet to meet anyone who loves what they do as much as he does. I've had an awesome experience with WEX and Noah.
