After all the years I've been using WeTransfer, as soon as I am coerced into paying for the service... the transfer runs into trouble. I am still waiting for the transfer to get past 77%. Rubbish.

I love WeTransfer

I love WeTransfer, I do use the free version as can't afford to subscribe at the prices. I have so many subscriptions as Im a photographer, so it's just too expensive to have something else to pay out for. Love the service though x

I am forced to receive files this way…

I am forced to receive files this way from another business and every single time, the files are corrupted or the website freezes my whole system and my security software goes crazy trying to fight with whatever tracking, cookies, or virus is trying to get through.

Security Risk

You can't remove your payment method, whether you have an active subscription or not... which is a huge security flaw. I was forced to delete my account just to be able to remove a payment method.

The website flashes adverts that are…

The website flashes adverts that are migraine inducing as you are trying to send documents and it appears to not be a free service unless the person receivigthe documents opens them in a certain amount of time. Do not use this service please.

The ease of use and fair pricing was…

The ease of use and fair pricing was exactly what I needed. My clients are also happy with receiving my files via WeTransfer. I appreciate that the service saves a history of transfers and the contact emails of my clients. I have tried a few others but found WeTransfer to be the no hastle, non complicated version of them all.
