Total scam. Think your using for free and huge bill year later. So not touch this website!!

Absolutely terrible experience with WeTransfer.

I signed up because it clearly appeared that I had a free account when logging in. Despite this, WeTransfer quietly charged my card 74.99 DKK every single week without making it obvious at all.

Trying to cancel the subscription was a nightmare. The cancellation process is deliberately confusing and difficult to find, and in the end I had to contact my bank to block the payments and stop the subscription.

This feels like dishonest business practices at best. A company should not hide recurring charges behind misleading account information and impossible cancellation procedures.

Complete scam-like behavior. Avoid at all costs.

Been using wetransfer for years, the free version. Now use the pro version as I transfer many large file as a volume photographer. It allows for up to a year expiry which is great for my families, and my sanity.

I HAD been using Wetransfer.com as a professional musician for over ten years.
I was happy to pay £80-£100 annual subscription for what WAS a very professional file transfer service for my audio and video files .
Suddenly the lunatics took over the asylum last year and we were presented with ... Ultimate .
At $228 a year, or £167, double what we were paying.
With no choice on other pro plans depending on usage or whatever.
WT have probably signed their own death warrant with this Ultimate move.
I and all my associates in the music and film business have stopped using WT in favour of Transfer Now, Swiss Transfer or Dropbox
If it ain't broke Wetransfer, don't fix it.
And yes, Wetransfer HAVE abused long standing, loyal customers' trust.

Okay for free transfers but be warned. If they get your billing wrong you have a limited timeframe to request refunds. I know I signed up for a basic plan at £8 a month which was billed as an ultimate plan at £8 a week! By the time it was noticed we had been billed nearly £300 with apparently no rights to a refund under the T&C's CHECK YOUR BILLS

I have used We Transfer for over 10 years, and it has always helped me to send large files, easily. The service keeps improving as well, so I recommend we transfer as a way of sharing a lot of information.

They are always there when you need them. Easy and fast to use, never let's you down.

AFTER I CANCELLED, they still took money off my card. Not ok. I will never make use of them again. What a bunch of rip off artists. seriously annoying. If I wanted to donate 10$ i would have wanted to give that to someone who actually needs it! W T F!

I don't even know where to begin. I run a record label, and a recording studio, and without wetransfer, I couldn't send files of the size that I do. It makes it smooth and easy to work with clients. Wetransfer saved my business.

Premium price, premium product. It has issues here and there with larger files getting stuck and stuff but overall pretty good value for the price. Especially because of the individual branding, payment integrations and how easy it is for clients to send me files.

Really WeTransfer made made work easy , i can share so big files within a fractions of minutes .

WeTransfer has been amazing! As a church we use it for moving our media files to our mobile devices and sending it to others. It's easy to use and so convenient for our use.

They charged my account $228 without my authorization and I cannot reach a human being to correct this problem. They have no customer service base. Buy beware.

It simply works - every time.

Wetransfer makes video transfer very seemless for me and the receipients gets it immediately. The process of sending is also simple not cumbersome at all.
