They make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel a subscription and then keep trying to take money out of your bank account! I’ve had to block them and I swear I’m going to take it further, as even trying to get help from them

Have only ever had superb triumphs with we transfer...every time transferred and saved me travelling hundred of miles to deliver files. So I say thank you and blistering good.

Been using it for many years. Top product.

I only got access to open a client file. Did a free trial as I had no other option. Missed 14-day trial period cancellation, but received no warning. Boom! Money withdrawn. I don't even need them. I just needed a one-time access. Left laptop and phone at a friend's place and no way of cancelling without all the info. Site not well designed and lures customers into free trial, knowing that most will forget. I can't afford it.

WeTransfer is a remarkably straightforward tool, easy to use, capable of transmitting files of all sizes and complexity. I use it all the time--actually, with gratitude.

Easy to use and free

Be careful, if you subscribe to their free trial, they will sneak in the paid subscription without any notification or warning. No way to reach customer support or get help through the useless chatbot.

Edit - They subsequently refunded the money, still leaving one star off due to the efforts they put me through for the same.

Wetransfer is a simple, fast, easy way to transfer files. Our team at a community station use the service regularly to get audio files to air.

I've been using Wetransfer for many years in Australia and overseas in 3 or 4 countries. Right from the start it was a game changer for sending my large audio files.
Today I used it again after a long break and amazingly it was easier and lightning fast. Faster than before.
