Love the Lord of the Rings prints I ordered and they arrived in the UK within 5 days!

Shipping can take a while, but the products are well worth it.
I've ordered three different pieces, and all of them have been nothing but beautiful!
Although customs may apply if importing in europe, so thats the only thing i would complain about.
Other than that the package itself was well done, not a scratch on the product.

For a wedding anniversary gift, I placed a dual order with Weta for both the Gandalf and Fountain Guard models.

The Gandalf figure, which was readily available, shipped super fast from New Zealand to the UK, arriving in approx 8-9 days.

The quality and intricate design of the model are superb, and I was pleased to see how securely it was packaged, ensuring it arrived in perfect condition.

I’ve had some horrible experiences with ParcelForce previously but no complaints here. NZ Post tracking to UK was spot on but I never received the tracking ID for Parcelforce.

That being said, all in all the purchase experience was pretty seamless. Gandalf Looks awesome on my desk! :) Can’t wait for the Fountain Guard Pre-Order to arrive later this year!

I have ordered a statue which was on sale for Black Friday. I first waited around 2-3 weeks before contacting them why it was taking this long. The statue had to be send from Amsterdam to my home address in the Netherlands aswell. They said something went wrong with the process and they had to do a manual action for the process to complete. They said the product will be send in the next few days. Weeks later still nothing, so i contact them again. They say they don't know what is going on, seems like a problem in the process. So they contact the depot in Amsterdam. After another 2 weeks i receive a message saying "The statue is out of stock you will get your money back". I ordered way before the black friday sale was over, and i ordered before other people who did get the statue. I know this because i know two people who ordered later than me and still received the statue. So because of a error THEY made i did not receive my order, but other people who ordered after me did..

Needless to say i am not happy and money back is not the solution here.

I need to place my negative rating and experience to WETA workshop's EU warehouse here because I have no other possibilty and no address for Europe.
I had deals with WETA NZ before they've changed to Unity and it was great. I curse myself that I've ordered 2 items one week ago from the EU warehouse. I thought it would be done within 1 week but nothing happened. The communications with Weta customer support are unhelpfully freed of any sense. I have a hurry because there will be holidays soon and nobody would be able to receive the items.
That will be my last business with WETA. WETA is no trustful business partner anymore. Hands off!
