We recently relocated from SA to the UK. With only international referrals to hand, West Surrey Lettings (WSL) secured us a rental within our first month of arrival. We had been told to expect a labour intensive process whereas, to the contrary, WSL actually made it quite seamless. We have only thanks and appreciation for this team who helped make our transition a pleasant experience.

Everyone I've dealt with is helpful, friendly and professional.

I have used West Surrey Lettings for many years now as agents for letting and full service management of a flat in West Byfleet.

The team is amazing; always helpful, responsive and goes above and beyond to solve any issues. I have used other agents in this area and in Bristol and WSL is by far the best I have come across.

Highly not recommended.
We have placed a holding deposit, all the references have been taken but no reply from the agency. We gave notice letter to our current landlord. When we called them (West Surrey Lettings), we have been informed that property is no longer available and they can return our holding deposit. This is not how it suppose to be therefore I would not recommend them to avoid disappointment and any consequences. They just wasted our time and created a problem for us.
