First time I ordered - 5* experience
I ordered a Frogman sculpture which just arrived.
The Gallery has a fabulous choice of Cotterill frogs so it's easy to find what you're looking for.
They say for not-in-stock sculptures it might take up to 12 weeks for delivery, but my sculpture arrived within four weeks. They send emails to keep me updated. The packaging was very thorough, in a wooden box packed nicely.
I will buy again from them when I'm ready to buy another sculpture.

Ordered a picture 4 weeks ago
Ordered a picture 4 weeks ago. Chased 2 weeks ago to know when it would be delivered as had heard nothing since order and was told I would be updated. Still heard nothing so cancelling the order. Very poor communication.
