Damaged my Refrigerator
They came out and cleaned my house and scratched up the door on my stainless steel refrigerator. I contacted the owner and she said she would fix it on the next cleaning. I contacted them to setup this cleaning and repair of the refrigerator and initially they did not respond. I texted them several times and they setup an appointment date and sent me an invoice for $330 ,which was $110 more than the agreed upon amount to clean my house. I told them I was not willing to pay that amount. I then asked for their insurance and bonding company names and contact info so I could get my refrigerator fixed. I have never heard back from them after several attempts to get this information. I don't think they are licensed or bonded since they won't give me this information or respond to me.
