It is an one-person office in a residential area with an unprofessional and arrogant owner

My hearing aid provider-truhearing, made an appt with west chamber hearing center for a warranty repairs. This outfit does not qualified as a center. It is a one-person office located in a residential area. It is not only far away, there is no sign at the front. It is hard to find it. The owner Lori is not pleasant and not appreciated my business. She answered and talked on the phone during my visit that is rude. The equipment in the office is kind below regular standard.
Before I picked up the repaired aids, I asked her to ensure my aids are properly programed. She did not do it. She just gave me the manufacture programed aids. I found my hearing aids are not paired and asked her to fix it. She does not even know what pair is.
In addition to the above she got paid for an unnecessary hearing test but she did not use it to program my aids.
IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE HASSLE TO DRIVE A LONG WAY TO AN ONE-PERSON OFFICE AND UNPLEASANT TREATMENT AVOID IT. YOU HAVE A LOT CHOICES, YOU GOT WHAT YOU PAID FOR
