*VARNING* Lurendrejeri företag.
Jag beställde en svart LC 1800 nätaggregat men fick istället en silver version som låter mer än normalt. Jag kontaktade de samma dag som jag fick den och fick ett frakt sedel till mitt email. Jag skickade varan och väntade i en hel vecka men utan svar. Jag kontaktade de och fick veta att det jag har skickat är inte riktigt deras produkt och att jag försöker lura de med en annan version. De insisterar att nätaggregatet som de skickade är inte samma. Helt vansinnet, nu har det gått en hel månad från 27 April 2021 till 1 Juni 2021. Jag fick ett svar från chefen som led så här:

Our technician is of the opinion that the power supply you has returned to us is not the same product as we delivered to you and therefore we has sendt
The product to the manufacturer of the power supply, so the manufacturer can verify if the product is the new product or not.
Before we have answer from the manufacturer we will not refund and if our technician is right that it is not the new product we delivered we will of course not
Refund.
As soon we has answer from the manufacturer we will inform you.
