The process has been so daunting

The process has been so daunting. I have had my application pending for months. I have made several requests for my documents transferred from my previous account, and they are unable to transfer them. There is no communication; when you contact customer service, they lie and provide zero assistance.

My greatest experiences

One of the greatest experience I had was the regular updates I keep receiving in regards to my delayed documents which helped me to work on tracking the documents from my ends.
