Passive agressive communication
When I ordered I accidentally put down the wrong number in the address. This was caused by the automatical forms that are used, and I didn't notice. The package could therefore not be delivered as the address did not exist. The package was returned to the company. They then asked what I wanted and I replied that I would like to receive the package at the right address.
They reacted by sending me a passive agressive e-mail what I was thinking! That they weren't planning on paying the delivery costs 3 times while I payed them only once. Apart from the fact that this wasn't correct (I payed once, they would have payed twice, not 3 times) the tone of their e-mail was far from customer friendly. They could have explained that they were willing to resend it and ask me to pay for the costs. I would have totally understood this.
Now I did pay the costs as well and they did send it once again. But I will never order from this company anymore because they don't understand how to talk to their customers.
