I decided to update my review to provide more information. I had problems with my order in the beginning as I ordered 1 pack of weight control capsules and 4 packs of Wellspring 20-1 cream in a jar. I received 1 bottle of lifelong hormone care. And that is after 2 weeks of waiting. Then I contacted them via phone which cost me £2.47 for 4 minutes.

The lady who dealt with my order issue was really nice both on the phone and in her email communication. She was very professional. I haven't used lifelong hormone care as I don't think it was the right one for me.

I received 20-1 cream and started to use it directly. It has been a week and a half. Let me tell you the changes I have seen so far, which I am very surprised.
-I was sleeping till 5 without any problems but now I am sleeping till 6-7 and that made a difference for me, and when I woke up I did not feel hot. Wow.
-I had issues with a few hairs appearing on my chin, every week, so annoying. That has disappeared. My skin is very clean.
-I don't know why, maybe the sleep but I am feeling very energised. That's so good.
-No palpitations. This was my biggest worry as I tried many products and caused terrible issues with the rhythm of my heart. All gone.

So I am very happy with this product. I will continue monitoring other changes in due time.

Really happy with product. Order 20-1 cream. Takes around 8 weeks to see/feel the difference but very good. Helped with bloat. Night sweats and usual peri symptoms. This for me is a safe effective alternative to normal prescription HRT from the doctors. which i had to stop due to adeno and suggestive endo…
Wellsprings provide very informative help/fact sheets. Just ordered my second pump bottle. Yes takes a bit longer to arrive as its not in the UK. Just order it ahead of when needed.
Yes its more expensive than hrt but it lasts ages and its better. I think its very good value for money

I have been using this cream for almost a year now. My menopause has been the hardest thing in life, that I have ever had to deal with. Some women sail through, others don`t seem to notice and people like me, have their lives turned upside down by the constant debilitating symptoms.

I struggled for 6 years, almost out of my mind. I went to bed one night and woke up in a different body, that felt alien to me. I had aged 30 years over night, as far as I was concerned.

All the NHS can offer is man made pharmaceuticals. When I tried these I went up like a balloon, with very swollen feet, ankles, legs and stomach. I can`t remember how I stumbled across Wellsprings Health... but thank God I did. The Twenty to One serenity plus cream, has enabled me to live my life again.
The website is excellent and so much information right there. I have my own login and will be ordering more product soon. Pick the cream or gel that suits your circumstances. Mine is a dual cream because I have NOT had an hysterectomy. For advice you can email or speak to people direct via the phone, if you prefer.

This cream does not smell of anything and is easily absorbed, when applied to thin skin. There is a certain regime to follow, when first starting. Generally speaking use for 3 weeks, then take a week off and repeat. I take it once, when I get up and again before bedtime.
It does not interfere with medication. I have meds for Asthma, hayfever, high blood pressure and a gynea medication for internal use. I have had full blood tests since using this and everything is fine.

I did show this product to my gynecologist. She thought it was mild and safe enough to take. In fact, she asked me to send her the link, so she can recommend this cream to other patients!! 🙌🏻 Love it 💗

So, to my fellow sufferers of the Menopause.🥵 If you are desperate like I was. Can`t take the NHS menopause meds or would like to try something more natural. This product is truly amazing. You can tinker with the dosage, once you are use to it and find the right level for you.

My symptoms started to kick in big time in December 2023. I had begun premenopause for about 3 years, irregular periods, weight gain. But in December it hit me like never seen before: hot flushes, insomnia, frozen shoulder, frozen joints. It was horrible! I discovered these products via a friend. First I bought the book, then I read a few articles, amazing library guys:) then I bought the Serenity cream. In the meantime I bought all books written by Dr John Lee-highly recommend. In all honesty, all my symptoms stopped 99%, 19 days after I started Serenity. I couldn't be more greatful and happy. One more thing, I ajusted my diet, have gone fully Mediterranean, I exercise, meditate, I'm trying to reduce stress as well. It needs to be a holistic approach to get us through this premenopause / menopause phase not just the cream. Ordered this after a relative had good results with a reduction in hot flushes. It took a long time to come tbh (shipped from America) and I did email to see if my item was actually coming. Customer service was exceptional and replied extremely quickly. Only given 4 stars as I have only been using this for about a month and haven’t noticed any difference yet but will continue using it. I’m willing to give anything a go in regards to the hot flushes so crossing my fingers.

Hi,i ordered the cream with delivery including the 10% of ,came to think £32.99 ordered about 1 week ago and I haven't heard a thing from you'd or the item yet .I am sure it said 3 days maybe I am wrong .

I ordered the estrogen cream, after a conversation with a Wellsprings adviser, after a hormone check showed my estradiol was so low as to be undetectable. the wellsprings cream is estriol only. there was a misunderstanding with the hormone clinic who referred to estradiol as estrogen. I may therefore not need the additional estriol in the wellsprings cream. but it came promptly and well packaged, and well within the use by date (important to check), with a good amount of estriol (0.34%), as opposed to the 0.11% in the 20-1 cream. so for those needing additional estriol, this product is very good.

I have purchased from wellsprings for many years and never had a problem. They are very responsive to questions about their products.

I've been using Wellpings for years, they are reliable and always willing to help. They also have a good library of reliable information you can access. This company was established helping women through the menopause when people didn't want to talk about the menopause. A time when many GPs sent a woman home with antidepressants and sleeping tablets.
