I have been looking at a light for my industrial machine for a while then came across this company, i cant recommend high enough so do get them a try as im sure you'll be as happy as me
- i sent an email to ask about 2 lights a reply came extremely quick but had links to others they had in stock- i then made my first purchace & within a couple of days i recieved my choice & delighted with it & all correspondence with the company as well as the lady thats been comunicating with me.

Swift delivery of items and even though I'd made a mistake by ordering the wrong item, when I emailed them I was instantly offered a refund and sent a pre-paid address label for its return. Great customer service and the website is an Aladdin's cave!

Well Made Tools proved the well used adage 'it's not if there is a problem but how you deal with it that is the measure of a person', or in this case a company. Through no fault of their own, there had been an issue with the suppliers of the product I had ordered, the staff at 'Well Made Tools' informed us immediately that there had been an unforeseeable problem. They offered a couple of alternatives to try and resolve the issue as best they could. We picked one of the options and they resolved the whole issue immediately. As an owner of a small business we appreciate the frustration when outside influences effect your customer service. Well Made Tools excelled themselves with this issue and I have every confidence to continue using them, well done and thank you!

My original order of a loop turner failed to appear. Contact with the company was most efficient and a replacement was posted out immediately, it having been established that my order had been lost in transit. Emails between Andy and myself were replied to swiftly and most politely and a most satisfactory outcome reached.

I order this foot thinking it would fit either of my Toyota sewing machines.It doesn’t fit either ,a industrial sewing machine is a lot different to one we use in our homes.well made foot
