The seal on a jet nozzle had crumbled and had to be replaced by Servce. The jets no longer move in and out. This is very unfortunate.
The color of the dark plastic parts, e.g. to regulate the air, increasingly fades. The dosage for the water fragrance does not work at all. The slat seal is constantly jammed.

The jet controllers attached to the plastic tubes came off the tub two weeks after the tub was installed. The salesman believes that Sirona sanitizer is degrading the tubes which evidently occurred on a regular basis 4-5 years ago. To date, nine jet controllers have detached from the tubes which are breaking in place. The salesman has replaced them at no cost, and I am very appreciative of his support. I can’t believe that others haven’t experienced this and that Wellis hasn’t redesigned the tubes to eliminate this problem. My salesman has provided me an alternative sanitizing program that he believes will solve the problem. We will see if this solves the problem or if the tubes and jet controllers are defective.

It's a great bit of kit is the hot tub so relaxing with the blue tooth music playing from my phone & the jets massaging your body
It holds temp when not in use & only looses 1 to 2 degrees over two to 3 hours use

We clearly received a Friday afternoon noon model with so many problems we’ve had more visits by the engineers with time off work to see them at the house and still no real and sensible conclusion
We’ve be left hanging on waiting for a response the communication is shocking with us doing all the chasing
Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone the idea that we can relax when using it is not the case when your just waiting for the next problem to reoccur.
Do not bother with the WIZ system as it doesn’t work and they can’t sort them out or calibrate them useless
Save money and buy test strips

Absolutely loving our Wellis Kilimanjaro. It was nicer than all of the other spas we looked but we were able to get it for a lot less. We had a minor issue after delivery and they were out the next day to resolve it. We almost didn't get another hot tub after our bad experience with master spas. so glad we did. My back is thanking me.

After owning a Wellis Mandala for about 7 months I must say I deeply regret the purchase.
I have been having some issues with the tub for three months now. Warped side panel, corner panels falling off, and the lights stopped working.
I have emailed/called, reached out to Victor Ruiz the customer service manager at Wellis many, many times. However, they still are not able to find and schedule someone to come and repair my tub.
Maybe if you are in an area with a dealer you will be ok, but I would strongly recommend against buying directly from Wellis, as they seem to have no ability to provide service, despite promising that it would not be an issue.
Update: (4/30/25)
Still trying to get the side panel resolved, but Victor with Welis has been working with us to get parts, and he did find a local technician that has been responsive. Unfortunately the replacement side panel they sent was for the wrong hot tub... New one is inbound and should be delivered next week. Will update once that arrives and is installed.

Do not buy. After 2 years my Wellis hot tub developed a leak and the manufacturer did not honor the warranty. They gave me the round around and told me leaks were not covered after 2 years, and neither was the labor. Scammers. I will never buy another Wellis product every again.
Save yourself a headache and stay away from these guys.

Purchased a Wellis Hot Tub with hopes of relaxation and enjoyment but rather; we have experienced nothing but issues that include major leaking, ozanator failures that resulted in tripping the ground fault breaker and frozen lines that burst the pipes.
We have had this hot tub for less than 10 months. Too many service calls to mention and we just received a $2,600 estimate for latest repairs.

Purchased a holiday let hot tub in spring 2024 by Aug the inner shell coating was peeling off. Reported to Wellis who agreed to replace the faulty tub. As of 29Jan 2025 it still hasn’t been replaced & getting replies about progress is impossible. Absolutely terrible service!
The reply I received from Wellis asks me to tell them AGAIN about the problem they said they would chase in November 24!
Again asked to fill in a form to head office, which I have done reference number TICKET NUMBER: WTN181124-0116
I have also reported the issue to the supplier but they say Wellis are dealing with the replacement!

We bought a Mars hot tub about 2 years ago and have used it several times a week throughout its life. We love it and rate it very highly and have had no issues with it, apart from one tiny thing. The tie down straps buckles that it came with are next to useless and pull apart with ease and unfortunately during windy periods, it has blown open. I have taken to weighing it down with heavy objects but this is far from ideal. Do you have a replacement set of buckles that work?

Overall, it's a nice hot tub.Everything works as it should except for 1 jet... But the shale is starting to delaminate and blister above the waterline, and they refused to take care of it.... Insisting, it is the chemicals I use which I have used on other hotTubs, and never a problem... They were fairly quick to get back in touch with me.But refused to do anything, or even send anyone out to look at it

We have had nothing but bad luck with our Wellis Mont Blanc spa since we first received it. It started with the lights not working, then the cover disintegrated, the jets not working properly, and a possible leak. The headrests are discolored and the tub is growing mildew rapidly. This is all with constant care. The local dealer has been awful and will not stand by the product that they sell. This tub cost us over $12,000 and I feel totally fooled and robbed. I would not recommend Wellis to anyone. I just ready a couple pages of bad reviews on the BBB site. Many people have experienced the same, and their responses are all similar and appear to be lies. We were also ignored when we reached out after being laughed at by the local dealer. It's awful and frustrating after working hard to earn money for one nice thing.

We recently purchased a Wellis Praque spa and are very satisfied with it. Jets are powerful and the seating options are good.
The spa can be configured using the main buttons, but also by an app on your phone. It's good that a heating and filtering schedule can be configured. This way, the spa only heats up during the day when our solar panels are providing power and the temperature is good at the moments we use it.

The function for the lights is lacking, in that to select a single solid color you have to "cycle" thru all the color and pattern options. Seems there is actually minimal insulation.
