I should have read the shocking reviews before ordering.
I ordered on 20th December. No communication. Then slow to answer my emails and now I have been told to wait a further 28 days...what a shocking service.
If it does not arrive by then, I will be claiming money back on my credit card

We made the mistake of purchasing from this company and the lack of an order confirmation was alarming, but gave them the benefit of the doubt and emailed them to confirm. No surprises I have had no response. My 90yr old Grandfather trusted their ad as was in a newspaper ad and asked if I could order it for him, I have now raised a dispute with my credit card company and supplied them with all the info I have obtained on the woman who is listed on Companies House as the director.
On the up side when their products do bugger all, her husband is a registered Osteopath in Joydens Wood Kent so could do a roaring trade from their house.
It is also concerning how many name changes the company has had. This company does not care about screwing over pensioners or anyone else and i'm sure Nicola wont care when she sits down to Christmas dinner with her son and daughter. Grow a conscious and stop defrauding vulnerable people with false products. Whilst the law prevents me from publishing her personal details It is easy to obtain and has been passed to the relevant authorities.

When you take money off people without supplying the goods you open yourself to very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very bad karma!!!!! Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have had a problem of being ripped off by Easylife with them helping themselves to my credit card for unasked for membership of their various "clubs", and was going to order from Wellform, when I was told that these two companies were closely related. I emailed Wellform to ask if this was true, and if there was any connection, but have not had a reply.

I therefore ordered my product from Amazon and it arrived, post free, the next day. Having now read the reviews below, I am very glad I did! Incidentally the first red flag I got about Wellform was when i saw they use an 0871 (premium rate) phone number to contact them for the privilege of placing an order to spend money with them. Amazing!

I wish I could give them no stars what a rip off I believed the garbage in the mail on Sunday a full page ad. The so called fit massager is a l piece of plastic cost £49.should have b checked amazon same thing for & 18 returned by recorded delivery but nothing. Whatever you do avoid this bloody rip off firm

Bought goods from this company before lockdown at beginning of the year when I tried to purchase some they were out of stock so I moved to Easylife . Last week week I got parcel with goods I had purchased before but in greater numbers and debited £139.50 from my debit account so they obviously retained my details and just decided to make some money. Phoned customer services who insisted I made order on 10 10 20 I didn't . Won't deal with this company again not to be trusted

Shame I didn't read these reviews as well. Cashed my cheque on 21 September and as off 15 October still not received my goods. Sent 2 emails and they haven't replied. Why are this company still trading and why haven't they been investigated.

I would advise anyone thinking of buying anything from this company don't bother, they owe me £149.99 refund and they are denying that they received the parcel I sent back and also denying that they know the person who signed for it, I only wish I had read the reviews before I bought off them. They are a bunch of lying conmen I only wish I lived nearer to where their premises are.

I wish that I had read these reviews before ordering. They took over £100 from my account a month ago and I have not had any communication from them. No acknowledge of my order or e mail re delivery or despatch, absolutely nothing. How does wellform get away with putting full page adverts in daily newspapers each week and continue getting away with operating a business that seems to portray customer sevice as the last frontier. I rang the newspaper and the only response i got was that they were not in a position to comment. I guess what they really meant was that wellform was a good customer and they would accept any form of revenue wherever it came from. this action in my opinion is tantamount to money laundering. PLEASE PLEASE DON'T ORDER GOODS FROM THIS COMPANY. There products all seem to be a cure for the usual health problems that we all have. REMEMBER the old addage- If it looks to be too good to be true it probably is. ESPECIALLY WELLFORM.

What a scam! £50 for a piece of folding plastic. Vitalegs is dreadful and returning it for a refund was difficult and protracted. Even though I returned it by recorded delivery I still needed to phone to chase the refund which took weeks. Do yourself a favour and buy something different.

i wouldn't order from them again. There 48 hour dispatch time took just over 840 hours. they don't seem to want to answer their phones. Unable to reply to email. Had to get my bank to to dispute the charge wasn't until this happened that they seems to want to respond to anything .

1 star is too much!!! Left a revue in July, still waiting for my refund, have now written this off, good job it was only £11 but many, many customers are still waiting for larger amounts. I got in touch with trading standards about this company & if they do their job correctly hopefully something will be done about it & they will be forced to cease trading..not holding my breath though.

Placed an order and paid £9.99 for next day delivery.... I'm still waiting!! I have emailed twice and on both occasions my email was returned as failed, returning to sender. I called the number on the website and the lady (Rhona) I spoke with assured me that my order was processed and should be with me on the 18th, it still never arrived. Considering this is my first time ordering with this company, I am bitterly disappointed by the service, or lack thereof. I definitely won't be encouraged to shop here again.

Placed an order for Face masks and paid for delivery of them. I was offered a FREE puzzle book. I was charged £4.99 postage and packing for it because it wasn't in stock when the order was packed. The shop value of this 'free gift' is at most £0.59. In my opinion this amounts to theft.

EMPTY PROMISES. DECEITFUL COMPANY. The worse company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They mislead consumers with miracle products that don't work and then have the audacity not to refund you when the product fails, despite their 100% guaranteed refund promise. Utter conmen. I have my Lawyer onto them and also BBC Watchdog. Watch this space....this is going to get very interesting.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, or should I say lack of. Ordered 29th July heard nothing at all. Tried customer Service number that only take orders. They gave me another number which is premium rate and after half an hour listening to the message " more than 5 calls ahead of you" I couldn't afford to wait any longer. Used there email address only to have it returned twice as not recognized. I have just gone on my computer and tried the welform site only to be told it is not a safe site. People please be aware this site is obviously a scam site and should not be allowed to advertise in major magazines.

I would rate a zero if i could...terrible customer service, Natalie has poor communication skills and when she cant be bothered to speak anymore she hangs up the phone...been waiting for delivery for face masks for 4 weeks and when phoning get told things have been despatched when they have not been sent...Natalie wasnt even looking at the right parcel order number...hard work, useless customer services....rudeness and being lied to is not what i need when i order...quick to take your money but very slow on delivery and thats if you are lucky enough to get your order at all

I sent for products 20th June 2020 with a cheque. they cashed the cheque and I have not received my goods. Tried to contact company twice no response. disgrace
