The product seems good
The product seems good, though I have barely begun. I am not happy with the ordering process, though. I applied for the discount, and as I was checking out I was offered a further discount which I accepted. Check out commenced immediately without any chance of me being able to review the order. As a result, I got BOTH orders. I immediately contacted them - like an hour later and I was told, nicely, that it was too late to change the order. Really?? Bad bad customer service!!

Awesome company to deal with, their communication is so good. I had a bit of an issue which they sorted very quickly.
My order arrived earlier than I had expected. I popped a sachet into my morning coffee but didn't enjoy the taste so have just been adding it to a little warm water before breakfast. The reason its 4 stars instead of 5 is you need to be aware the prices are in USD and per box. Also I have only been using it for a few days so haven't noticed any changes as yet but are keeping my fingers crossed.

I thought I was ordering at a special…
I thought I was ordering at a special discount price of £17 only to have 3 separate transactions taken from my bank account totaling £148. I have been informed that my order has already been processed so won't get a refund. I have been told if I still want a refund when order arrives I have to contact again to arrange return. Which will cost me more money. I am annoyed at myself for falling for this scam, I don't think I will see my money again. Lesson learned

I ordered incorrectly, miss keyed whilst going back to check on amount.
Managed to resolve issue after speaking with PayPal and got a prompt refund.
Problem caused by endless lengthy pages of product pushing and clearly fat thumbs clicked on something.
