Purchased an item that was not actually in stock. Numerous calls made as to when delivery was expected and excuses made. Finally a promise of delivery that didn’t arrive. Still waiting.
Re: above review, the item did turn up today, nearly 2 weeks from order. Customer service is ok but could be improved upon and promises kept.

Late delivery
A shame really as I normally get good service from WSD but I ordered sandpaper on 4 June, email received to say it was shipped on 10 Jun. Nothing arrived by 25 Jun so I contacted WSD only to be told that its not been shipped yet. If you don't have the goods then don't advertise or take the order. An email letting me know the order was delayed would have been more useful than telling me its been shipped. Still waiting 3 weeks after the order was made!

Oxford AC/DC Tigmaker 220E
Purchased an Oxford AC/DC Tigmaker 220, although there was a manufacturing delay due to all Oxford welders being made to order, the service from Welding Supplies Direct has been second to none. Tom and Rachel have been/are incredibly helpful - thanks.
I would highly recommend TWS when considering purchasing any welding equipment.
