Not received as promised and advertised. I ordered an article especially at wehkamp because it was ‘ ordered before 20h, tomorrow delivered’.
We are now 2 days later, evening, and the article is not prepared or sent yet.
A dhl number is given and when i go to the track en trace of dhl this number does not exist!
It is really lying when promising delivery the day after, Tomorrow will be three days but I am not yet sure I will get it.
Next time I will order at another shop, wehkamp is not trustable, I am very disapointed.

The company is advertising everywhere that you can pay after you received the goods and you like them. I just ordered an electrical bike which I don't know if it will fit. I choose afterpay. Few hours later I get an email that I don't qualify! W@F! Based on what? It is totally misleading the customers on purpose

Wehkamp is a excellent online shopping service with one of the best services out there,but the selection of Wehkamp become less interesting, compared to the competition,thus I still love it ,but order less at Wehkamp. Another thing Wehkamp has to compete with other online shopping services like cool blue,also the price on Wehkamp products are mostly too high.

I bought a bed. And i really dont understand why you get atime between 0800 and 2200. You have to stay how the entire day.

If i buy something at lets say Bol.com there i can choose what day and how late. I really think that is a service where Wehkamp loses a lot of terrain. Even if you ask people 10 euros like for a wehkamp premium account so they dont pay for sending stuff being able to receive on sunday even for free. Wehkamp is behind a lot on that service.
