Did not payed out my bonussus because of risk control cases. There is literally 0 change that I did not followed the Terms & Conditions. They did pay me the first bonus but cancelled the next 2 of 100 and 500 dollar. I signed an account. Transferred the money and let it there for 3 days and did nothing with it. Funds not eligible is said.

I did followed all the instructions and also contacted the support team. They kept insisting that I had already had an account. Nothing but lies.

this is fruadster company which provokes to join them through Digiclaw Media company who offers to pay on giving review in google maps after some review task they hurriedly tell you to join weex coin to withdraw money. And once you are in then they will manipulate you with task timing pressure quickly etc and start asking for money more and more . to transfer that money they give different upi and bank account number unrelated to company. once you transfer they start telling you that if you want to withdraw money you to pay more and more until all your money is gone. I have lost 3,50,000 rs within 2 days . dont join them dont fall for their trap.They are harsh taking and didnt provide proper support and even customer care number.
When you review them they tell to write support@weex for help but they didn't help there and deny there presence and say it's 3rd party app etc.
Beware of them they are huge fraudsters ever

You should know that this exchange gives you your reward a very long time after the reward distribution is supposed to be finished. When I talked to support, they said they are unnecessarily delaying the reward distribution.

Becareful for depositing money weaks wallet, you will weakup and cant find the account again. They will delete your account.

Thats whats happen to my wallet, i login tired but nothing in my wallet again. I contact they live chat, give them all my deposit proofs but they cant help me recover my money.

I deposited 3000 USDT on WEEX and was promised a 3000 USDT bonus within 3 days. I never received it. Support kept saying “wait 2 days,” but nothing ever came. I feel completely scammed. Be very careful trusting this platform.

The rewards are never paid out. There is always an issue.

When you try to get the reward you supposed to get you need to wait 1,5 months of support back and forth to get this message:

We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. After a careful review by our customer service team, our risk control system detected an issue with your account. Because of this, we’re unable to grant the reward for this event.
 
The worst exchange there is!

After having issue with my withdrawal i contacted customer service and still haven't heard anything from them.Have been having different issues right from the beginning and i will not recommend this to anyone.I never experience all this in almost a year have been trading with Zin𝖾nsis Investment, and the profit i made on it can't be compared to any other platform.

Don't be trapped I tried so many times I couldn't get the money out. Until after the intervention of .M e g a t u m h u bs is a genius.

Week has aweful customer support. Their staff are not emplowered to resolve any issues. If an issue arrises, it is always 100% out of their hands. Weex often prevents accounts from trading and then cant explain why it happened, only that their risk algorythm was triggered. They are helpless and mindless against the risk bot that runs the company. Does not matter if you are legit or not, the bot has all the power. Forget about getting welcome bonuses because the risk bot will deam you unworthy and ban you from getting any rewards. One employee says if the app does not work try logging in from other devices or use a VPN, the I try that, then another staff member says its against their terms to use a VPN or multiple devices, and my account is flagged now. No sence fighting it, I tried multiple times to get through to support. Rigid, unmovable people.

Go away from this exchange, there are more better options. Scam. People signed on exchange via link or so and not getting reward without any reason. Customer service dont care and giving same “bot” answers.

Scam company, will make sure you get liquidated and not be able to withdraw profits when you do win. They say HFT isnt allowed but if you copy trade anyone those accounts will HFT so fast till you lose everything and get liquidated dont even think about copy trading. Also you receive zero rewards and they will constantly flag your account as "high risk management" and fail to pay anything that you should be able to claim.

So I’m going to write again FYI weex owes me 1.2 million and looks like they are keeping it Their customer service will not respond

They scammed me of $1781 under the guise that I was doing HFT... what I was doing was normal scalping. For all users, go check their website... They're calling trades closed under 5mins as HFT. If you make profits they'll deduct it, if you make a loss it's yours.

They freeze your funds and even to get back your initial deposit they'll make you fight hard as if you're the criminal here.

Avoid this exchange at all costs, not only did they steal my profits and funds, they accused me of fraudulent behavior for "scalping" and are forcing me to undergo several checks just to get my initial deposit.

They steal money from users and pay these influencers like Crypto rover and Sumit kapoor... In the end no one will come to help you get your money back. Check their telegram group you'll find several other users whose funds they've frozen. This exchange simply needs to be sued.

My experience with WEEX wasn’t all bad, but their stop loss system is a dealbreaker. It’s unreliable, randomly deciding when to trigger—or not.

First time it failed, I thought it was user error. Set another stop loss, ignored again. Trading a small-cap alt, I learned (buried in their "trading rules") you can’t place orders over 20,000 coins. I had 40,000—frustrating, but at least it was disclosed.

Last night, I tightened my stop loss to lock in profits and limit risk before morning news. Quantity well within their rules. Woke up to all profits wiped out, deep in the red. Two stop losses completely ignored, no trace in the trade history.

Bottom line: WEEX’s stop loss is useless. Trade here at your own risk—your safety net can’t be trusted.

Weex Crypto exchange is scamming people by freezing their accounts and running away with their hard-earned money without providing any reasons. They demand unlawful documents, blackmail users under the guise of money laundering claims, and pretend to serve the public. Avoid using this exchange, as many people are already suffering because of it.
