It seems that they do not respond to negative feedback, which raises doubts about the credibility of their 5-star reviews. This leads me to question the professionalism of the company, as it appears that their focus is primarily on maximizing profits at the expense of their customers. I have experienced issues with reservations, specifically concerning my hotel stays at Oasis Spa and Hotel, where it appears that the agency Weekender Breaks failed to make payment. Rohan of Weekender-Breaks is amazing
Rohan Ginotra is amazing!
After checking reviews we booked a Weekender-Breaks voucher through Groupon for £89 per person, and were initially offered Gdansk, but asked if it was possible to change to Warsaw. Rohan did that for us.
The booking was initially room only, post-confirmation we asked to add breakfast. Rohan did that for us.
We decided, post-confirmation, that two nights probably wasn’t long enough, and extended to four. Rohan did that four us.
We realised. post-confirmation, That we actually wanted to go to Krakow, not Warsaw. Rohan (who must have been ready to throw his phone out of the window by now) did that for us. Throughout the call, he was professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with.
All the upgrades, extensions we asked for were very reasonably priced, and I would happily buy another Groupon for Weekender-Breaks.
