Service was great
Service was great. I live in Canada and the shipping and ups extra charge they asked me to pay was just way to much all together to order from Weekenbee again but it is not the company's fault.

Pricy and super slow
Prices above (Central European) average. Ordered with them regardless, cuz the gloves I wanted weren‘t available anywhere else on the net in my size.
But then: Shipping time totally inacceptable. They obviously choose the cheapest and therefore slowest shipping method and don‘t let you pay up for faster delivery.
13 days between order and delivery within the EU (FIN > GER)? Really??

Hi Thomas - thanks for your review and I feel sorry that we didn't meet your expectations.
As I stated in earlier reviews last week we had issues with the COVID-restrictions and snow storms. Usually DHL deliveries take overnight to Germany - last week this was not met by our partner DHL. This week all our deliveries have worked normally, but I understand your frustration. We will try to discuss how we can avoid such delays, but as I said sometimes things happen which we apologize for.

Hi Lauren - Thanks for your review and we are very sorry for your experience.
As I stated to David on the earlier review, these times have been difficult because of heavy weather conditions and COVID-restrictions. Also there are a lot of flights which have been canceled to Ireland and UK and this has had an effect on our partner DHL-deliveries. We have been noticing this but there is so little we can do at the moment. Normally our orders are delivered overnight to Ireland. We will discuss this with our partners and see how we could avoid these kind of issues in the future.

Fast shipping and eco-friendly packing
Very fast shipping and response to order. Online store page is also user friendly and informative. Packing is also really eco-friendly(unnecessary packing stuff was not used but enough protection). I would like to shop again in near future.
