I order some vases but three days later received an email saying the seller cancelled it because the item was no longer available. I did get a refund on my card quite fast. I tried going on the website again to find something equivalent but it looks like it does not exist anymore? Not sure if this website is a scam or only poorly managed, since I did get the refund with no problems.

Do I have to give them a star? I ordered some Sola Wood flowers from a Wedzee seller, received a confirmation email, was charged via PayPal, and then heard nothing else ever again. I initially tried to go through Wedzee for resolution, but was ignored, am now their website is a dead link (has been for weeks). I am working with PayPal for a refund, but if this website ever goes live again…y’all, do not bother as a buyer or seller. Just go to EBay or Poshmark or something.

This site is a scam. I sold items to someone and needed to reach out to them - no way to do so. I submitted no less than 4 help requests, no response. When I wanted to set up my payment source to get PAID for the money I spent sending these items and of course, for selling them, it wouldn't let me. And then when I logged in today to try again, the website no longer exists. This is absolutely ridiculous.

As a seller, the website glitches nonstop and gives you one chance to view the address of the person you’re sending to. Once you go back to look at it, it will not reappear making it impossible to send to buyers. It also does not allow you to connect with “stripe” which is their version of paypal. When a seller purchases something, their money goes right into a stripe account that the company owns. As the buyer, we’re supposed to be able to connect our bank account with it, however the page is an error code stating “forbidden” when you try to connect. So you will never claim any money when making a purchase in the end anyway.

My experience with this website has been nothing more than trash, and i’ve lost about $30 in sales that i *did* manage to make yet can’t claim, and another $20 that will not give me the address to the buyers to send.

I think this was a scam… I ordered an item on Dec. 7, never heard anything again, and never heard back in response to my two contacts to the seller over the course of a month. PayPal gave me my refund immediately, which to me means they’ve been flagged/reported before. I wouldn’t risk it.

Buyer beware. My order directly went into a "processing order, no tracking info available" for over 2 months now. I've emailed and processed 2 dispute submissions. To date, no response to anything.

I have sold items, and its been a struggle getting paid through them. The website got sold and they still only have the old owners phone number on the website. I sold something and it got delivered on August 19th and I am still waiting for my payment, despite going back and forth on emails for a whole month. think it works great for buyers, but not for sellers. I dont know if they are intentionally cheating or just purely lazy. I will never sell through them.

I feel like this website is a scam. I have sold items and never got paid for them. I have called and emailed the company with no response. I would not recommend selling through this website.

Wedzee did not work out well for me at all. I purchased a number of things from this site for my wedding. 80% of the sellers did not even respond or send me things I ordered. This caused a problem because I was on a quick timeline for my wedding. I ended up purchasing a few things from the site but overall it was a waste of time. After my wedding, I listed a few things to sell. I have not received 1 inquiry. I’ll probably take this posting down and see if I get some responses from another site. Very disappointed as a buyer and as a seller on this site.

Super easy platform to use! Great website for brides on a budget!

Wedzee is a one-of-a-kind platform to buy and sell items for a special day. The platform is extremely easy to list/buy, and the decor is beautiful.

Wedzee is a really great and easy to use website to sell wedding items. I sold two items and it was pretty easy to list them. Would def recommend if you want to sell old wedding items.
