Really great experience. Lovely to have someone bring the rings to our house for us to choose. Never felt pressured into buying something I wasnt 100% sure on, firstly because of Neil's professionalism and secondly because of the massive choice of rings! Very happy with the final product.

My fiancé and I are so happy with the service we have received from Wedstones. They offer and amazing service which is professional whilst still feeling personal. Leon From Wedstones was extremely helpful every step of the way offering advice on getting the perfect fit and making sure our rings were exactly what we wanted. Wedstones worked within our budget and went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. Amongst all the stress of planning a wedding Wedstones made organising and buying the rings easy and enjoyable. We would highly recommend Wedstones to anyone looking for a ring or jewellery for any occasion.

My fiancé got my ring from Wedstones and it's absolutely beautiful –just what I wanted (we had discussed the sort of thing beforehand!). He told me they were so helpful with everything and made the process as easy as it possibly could be. Unfortunately I managed to obtain quite a bit of damage to the ring within 6 weeks of having it, but I contacted Wedstones and they bent over backwards to get it sorted for me. I still don't know how the damage came about, but they were so helpful and managed to restore it to its former glory for me. I've never had any experience with wedding/engagement rings before this, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wedstones.

Wedstones service from start to finish was amazing! We met Leon at a wedding fayre and I liked a lot of the rings he had on show so he booked us in for a personal consultation at home! I was a little unsure about doing this at home at first, as i was just so used to buying my jewellery from jewellers in the city centre! I can’t tell you how much better it is to buy your rings from wedstones in the comfort of your own home through their tailored service! I didn’t have to compete for attention to be seen like you would in a shop, nor did I feel like I was being sold too and pressured like you do when you go into shops sometimes! I tried on pretty much every single ring as many times as I liked, to ensure I knew what I wanted and in the end had a bespoke design made which combined 3 rings that I liked! Leon was really knowledgable and informative, and I honestly felt like nothing was too much trouble! Both myself and my partner sat and chose both our rings that night and went to bed feeling relieved and excited to see the final choices we had made! It was an experience we won’t forget and the fact it was a tailored personal service at home means that it’s an experience we will not forget! The rings arrived and we were over the moon was our choice (with Leon’s guidance) lol you are missing out if you do not take wedstones up on their personal appointment service seriously! I have recommended to anyone I know who is looking at getting married or buying rings for special occasions in the near future! The wedding rings are the things that you will keep forever, not like flowers or suits or your wedding dress that you spend thousands on! It’s an investment that can pass on through the generations, and so people really need to value and show the same importance to choosing rings by speaking to experts at Wedstones

Leon was brilliant. He went out of his way to meet with me on numerous occasions and ensure my now fiancé, would have the ring of her dreams! I would imagine I was a difficult client too as I have an extremely fussy other half, and I was extremely paranoid about getting it perfect.

Leon delivered! My fiancé loves her ring, has the six claws just as she wanted and you can see the whole diamond from the side, it’s really unique and I’m over the moon with the service I received. Even when we needed it taken down in size just a fraction, Leon met up with us to collect it and drove it to the workshop the next day, waited while they resized it and brought it back again the following day.

Wow what can I say, I have the most beautiful brilliant cut 1.2carat diamond platinum ring, with a bespoke design just for me and it is PERFECT! Having worked in the wedding industry myself for over ten years and photographed over 400 engagement rings I am extremely fussy and know what I like.
I have since found out that my, now fiancé, had numerous secret meetings with Leon and lots of phone calls, designs and messages to come up with a unique design that they knew, well hoped I would love... and it worked.
Leon is my brother and I’m sure he took this job on hesitantly as he knows how hard I am to please!
Very professional and an excellent service, most though delivering the engagement ring of my dreams and taking my fiancé’s ideas on board through every step.

My journey to find the perfect ring, for my very particular needs set by my now fiancé, was made easy by being able to meet them at a venue close to home and at a time convenient for me. Nothing was too much trouble as Leon has a real desire to help and seems to take pleasure out of making the perfect ring from our ideas.
