Happy with Everything
I started with WebNet close to 3 years ago, the service is impressive and very personal. I have gotten to know most of the team by there first names, they are a friendly group of people and have always taken care of me. I cannot complain, they completely re-did our website and do some SEO services for us and host 7 of our sites.

From Good to Bad in 1 year
We hosted over 30 websites with WebNetHosting from 2008-2013. But in the last year the support noticeably dropped off. I often worked with PJ the owner/founder and sent him emails with feedback and suggestions for improving service. In the early years he appreciated this feedback but in the last year as they changed their website and company focus at least 3 times the appreciation turned to resentment. The final straw came when during a 3 day period we had some sites hacked and at least 10 others suddenly the login stop working. So we sent a very stern email saying how fed up we were with the increase in problems and decrease in support. This resulted in a phone call form PJ telling me how tired they were with our complaints about their service and that he was terminating our accounts with 30 days notice... however he even messed that up because this occurred in February and he forgot to consider that it was a short month, so his notice was 2 days short of the legal requirement according to HIS contract. So after 5 years as a high-volume customer and referring dozens of other customers to them they terminated us for complaining about their systems not working and being insecure. Since moving to Hostgator the service and support have been excellent and more importantly their staff understands that when your site is down or hacked or whatever, you have a right to complain! If you doubt any of this please contact me as I kept copies of every interaction.

Webnet is a great and reliable service. Customer service is always very responsive in getting back to you quickly. I've been a customer now for about 4 years. I highly recommend.
