Never had anything but Perfect service from Webnet77. Every query i have had has been dealt with in a timely and curious manor.
I Have hosted with many companies before and none can compare with this level of service
There is nothing wrong with Webnet. The owner has been around before most of you even had a computer in your house. Been using it for years longer than this guy and the owner will bend over backward to help folks. Mind you... he can't help "user error" and he's not going to tolerate belligerent folk sending emails that threaten and cuss him out... but then why should he.
Good company... I highly recommend the service.
Warning: Do not use WEBNET77!!! I did and they transferred to a new server which caused 4 web sites to break. I was very upset because one of these sites was up for auction at the time and the other 3 were generating income. I left no words out as I expressed my dissatisfaction and I also stated that I would be transferring to a new server.
What did webnet77 do?
DELETED ALL MY WEBSITES AND BLOCKED ACCESS BECAUSE HE DIDN'T LIKE MY WORDS AFTER BREAKING MY WEB SITES!!!!
Also because they are based in South Africa there is not much I can do other than warn others.
