I bought a TV for my daughter's birthday on 28 August and paid £490 for it. The packaging was damaged and the TV never worked. After days of telephoning Paul who works for Webelectricals, it was eventually picked up 2 weeks ago and to date, I have not yet been reimbursed. I don't understand how they have managed to get 5 stars. Are these happy customers your relatives?
