WeatherSeal Home Services Reviews

They started the install October 2020. Still having problems today

This company is extremely high priced and claim to provide superior quality material and workmanship. That is a complete lie, the pad the proposal with things that do not get used. Their proposal included 14 sheets of plywood to replace soft wood. Never used any and claimed that soft wood is not bad wood.

The put on the shingles crooked on one half of the garage and strongly claimed my roof was out of square, even tried to prove it using the wrong method and even that showed they did it wrong. They refused to fix it until we paid the second half of our bill, threatened putting a lien on our house. We paid and still had to fight them to fix it. They finally did

They will never admit they did wrong. The put in my cap shingles backwards and claimed it didn't matter because they thought that half of the houses in our neighborhood were also wrong. I had to canvass the neighborhood taking pictures to prove them wrong. It still to an upper management approval to fix their error.

Do not trust this company!!!

they installed my roof last year. we have a had a bunch of rain the past month and saw a spot in my ceiling. I called this morning and 3 hours later they were here on the roof. we have a lot of trees and with the sotrms lately, a limb harpooned into the roof. They fixed it promptly. The guys were very nice. The after service you get after spending 18k is so important and they followed through with their promise.
Thank you Weatherseal Team!!

Chuck and Josh installed full replacement wood Pella windows for us last week. They were experienced professionals who were polite, responsive to questions, communicated well, and cleaned up each day. They removed and reattached the window wood trim with expertise and without damage to trim or walls during the window replacement installation. I would describe them both as trustworthy, dependable, quietly efficient with a can do attitude. Our satisfaction was truly important to each of them. We couldn't be happier with our windows and our expert installers Chuck and Josh.

Still waiting for scaffolding to be removed after almost two weeks
. No one wants to take responsibility. Quick enough to take my money but abandoned thereafter. Can't do my garden, clean downstairs windows or do external paint work. Never again! Weathered all won't con me again.

WeatherSeal is a fantastic company on all levels. We have used WeatherSeal for several big projects on our home and on our parents home. WeatherSeal has done work for us over 3-4 years and every job has been incredibly well and to exact specifications AND for a very reasonable price! WeatherSeal replaced all our windows in our home and the job was completed in one day and done perfectly. They arrived promptly and the crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be happier with their work! Plus they added a window where there wasn't one- Every other company I talked to for replacement windows could not do this work!
I loved my windows so much and the high quality of them (all made in the USA, I might add), that I called WeatherSeal the following year to replace our front door. The new front door transformed the front of the house.
This is a fantastic company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
The work they did was high quality, so much so, that when we helped our parents renovate their house of 4500 sq ft- WeatherSeal replaced their windows and front door. And they did an amazing job! To see a lot more review just go to Home Adviser!

I had many window companies come out give me quotes WEATHERSEAL seemed reasonable so went ahead..... BIG MISTAKE, I made several appointments, took several days off work for nobody to TURN UP for any of them, yet they were quick to take a deposit of £150 also a administration fee of £149. Fed up I cancelled within the 14days , Jen from customer services reassured me I would get all my money back, how wrong was she ! PLEASE AVOID BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.

I recently replaced the roof on my home and got many estimates from different companies. I also heard their radio add claiming nobody would beat their price and they offered free financing for 7 years.
First nobody got on my roof to measure or inspect, they used Eagle View software for this purpose and I have no clue if it's accurate or not. Their price estimate was $24,000 but after talking with me told me if I paid outright the cost would be $17,000. "Free Financing" right? Nobody beats their price right??
I ended up using Biltmore Exteriors instead and had my complete roof ( with metal roofing) & gutters replaced for just under $7,200 and I'm very happy. Biltmore used the exact same & brand materials that Weatherseal spec'd on their estimate and did the gutters as well that were not even included with Weatherseal.
Somebody should open litigation against them for false advertising and not honoring their advertising. I would guess many people have been taken by Weatherseal and would not use this company to replace the doormat in front of my home.
