This was my second time ordering from PACT, as I'd heard great things about the brand's clothing and sustainability values. Unfortunately, my customer service experience did not live up to that reputation.

My enquiry was met with what appeared to be a blunt template response that did not even address me by name. I understand that international return costs can make returns uneconomical, but there seemed to be no willingness to consider any alternative solution or goodwill gesture.

I've had much better experiences with other US-based ethical brands, which have shown far more flexibility and consideration when issues arise. Based on customer service alone, I would be hesitant to order from PACT again.

As a sizing reference for UK customers, I also found that PACT's Small fit more like a UK Medium.

Customer service was helpful. The wrong address was somehow inputted at order stage and pact gave me goodwill refund in pact coins to re-order to the right address. Thanks for your understanding.

Frankly if I had read the reviews here I would definitely not have purchased from Pact. I have been trying to contact them and can only assume they use AI for everything. I can't ship back for some reason, they don't respond to negative reviews here and so I think this is a store that is only managed by bots. Customer service is absolutely non existant. Awful. Am about to contact my credit card company as I have heard nothing about refunds or how I can get the second parcel back to them. Grrrrr. Rip off.

Made my first purchase via an Instagram ad. First, the prices on the website don't match the prices on the site. I ordered anyway. Before my order had even delivered, their Memorial Day sale started and everything was discounted. I reached out via their site and their chatbot confirmed I was eligible for a price adjustment credited to my original payment method, but had to wait 2 business days. I reached out via email to confirm, and again got a confirmation.

Today, I finally heard back that no, I can only get a refund via store credit and 2, since the sale is no longer going that they can't price match. Absolutely infuriating and terrible customer service.

I scouted the Internet looking for non-toxic Gym wear. I finally decided to purchase pact. I must say, I’m very disappointed. The leggings are extremely thick and don’t fit particularly well. They come up very large and are loose in many awkward areas. The vest top is extremely and is a very strange shape. I would imagine the leggings to be very warm if working out. I also didn’t realise that they would be shipped from the USA, and the shipping cost are quite dear to return. I do wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Great idea not so great delivery.

Unclear return policy, shame clothes are nice quality but lack do transparency makes this a never again for me.

Just received my order the are perfectly nice pants but very large on the hips so I need to return. I saw advertised on Instagram and the prices are UK so I didn’t realise it was shipping from the US.
A couple of issues with this; takes longer to arrive and it was £16.00 to return via DHL shipping. Meaning it’ll take quite a while to receive my refund. This also makes it expensive if you want to try another size or order more than one size and need to return. With the subsequent shipping times. Based on that I won’t purchase again, it’s simply too complicated and costly.

Do not shop at Pact. After placing an order they only later tell me the item I most wanted I was out of stock - without giving me the opportunity to cancel the entire order which I'd have done if I'd known this wasn't available. Their website also continued to advertise it as available for days. I am still waiting for this portion to be refunded almost two weeks on from making the order. They also charge you a vast proportion of the cost of a dress if you wish to return anything. Terrible customer service all round, I cannot recommend less.

I recently was sent an order that we did not order, the pact team was responsive & made it right! They did not inconvenience me to return what we didn’t order & sent the correct one in its place. Thanks so much!

Biggest rip-off ever! Be careful and do not order! Poor quality, a horrible chemical smell, and hidden €20 return costs — never again!

Pact clothes are beautiful, well made, with normal sizing. If sizing is not TTS, they clearly list it in the description ("recommend sizing down"). I originally ordered 2 basic white tees (thinking 'these will be see through') and they are not! I've ordered dresses (amazing), and now pants + airplane set. Customer service is excellent too.

I placed an order on April 29 and I’m still waiting for it. Their website says they shipped to Canada 3 to 4 business days or less. It still looks like all they got was a shipping label and it’s nowhere in sight. I keep getting diverted to a whole different page that has nothing to do with my complaint internally on the website. Very disappointing. At this point, I’m not even sure I’ll get my dress but at any rate, I will never order from this company again. They are US space I should’ve known better.

I’ve wanted to try pact for ages but as they are expensive I have worried about international ordering. I eventually took the plunge and consulted the sizing chart and measured twice and the trousers have arrived so large as to be unwearable. It now transpires it will cost me $20 to return them, so I have an unwearable product which I will now be substantially out of pocket on even though I was very careful to follow the size chart. The information provided about returns is also very unclear.

Such a shame as quality seems good and I like the ethos, but just not worth the risk and has proved an expensive mistake.

Pact Clothing has significantly dropped in quality. Thin material, loose threads, itchy seams. The quality is the same as some fast fashion places like Target or Forever21. Honestly I can’t stand it when high-quality sustainable clothing companies drop in quality but not in price. And if inflation is a problem, the solution is to raise the prices, not lower the quality, especially since Pact Clothing has such loyal customers base. They have lost my trust and my business.

I placed an order with Pact and received a confirmation email, followed shortly by another email saying my order had been cancelled. The payment (£43) was still taken from my account and remains pending, with no refund yet. I contacted customer service multiple times and was told I’d receive a response within 48 hours, but I’ve heard nothing since. Very disappointing experience — poor communication and not reassuring when your money is involved.

Sizing ridiculously inaccurate, and charges for returns are extortionate - had to pay for DHL return to the USA when Pact sent the order via Royal Mail in the UK. Total scam. Avoid.

I had a mixed experience with Pact.

At first, I was really happy with the brand. I loved the products, the packaging, the delivery experience, the tracking, and the overall choice available. The fabric and materials felt beautiful, and I appreciate the size inclusivity.

However, as a UK customer ordering from a US brand, sizing was difficult. The items I ordered ended up being far too big, and although I wanted to exchange them for the correct size, the process felt too complicated with the wait times, so I returned them for a refund instead.

I do appreciate that the return window was generous, especially as someone who is neurodivergent and can take longer to process purchases and manage returns. That helped a lot.

The main disappointment was that I did not receive the full refund I expected. After checking, I understood that some money had gone toward shipping/return-related costs, but I feel this should be made much clearer before purchase — especially for international customers.

Customer service also wasn’t the easiest to deal with, which added to the frustration.

Overall, I loved the quality of the items and would consider buying from Pact again if I was confident about sizing. But I would advise UK/international customers to read the returns information carefully, check sizing very closely, and be aware that you may not receive a full refund if you return items.

Good weight, not see through, doesn’t get misshapen after three washes like some Hanes I bought.

Sizing is slightly generous. No complaints otherwise.

I had a size discrepancy in an order that I didn’t notice until after the return period had passed. The item was bought for a specific trip and I hadn’t checked it when the order arrived. Definitely my fault but when I chatted with Pact about it they provided Pact cash to cover the error and I was able to order a different item (my original item was out of stock in my size). Excellent customer service and I’ve also enjoyed the other products I have ordered from them.

I checked the sizing chart over and over and ordered leggings as I thought in the correct size. They are too big, way off in fact. Baggy and useless. Tried to return or exchange for correct size, they want to charge £16 to send the return back. And then pay again for delivery for a new size..
why was the return cost not stated at checkout in the first place. So in the end the whole thing would have cost more for the delivery than the leggings themselves. Ridiculous waste of time and money. Don’t buy from this company if there any chance you might need to refund or exchange
