100% great customer service.

It was a quick response and very nice. It was my mistake as I thought I was short a necklace but I didn’t look far enough.

I ordered a customized bracelet and was seeing bad reviews about it being a fraudulent company and warning not to buy from Wearfelicity. I realized after I had already bought the customized bracelet that it is not a fraudulent company because I received my order a couple weeks later. This is just my experience, but I would be careful what you buy on the website. I ordered it off Instagram. The bracelet I received is amazing and such a cool idea 💡

They are very personal. When I placed an order for 2 different items i had forgotten to upload one of the photos and they emailed me to let me know and just emailing them back with the attached photo was such an easy process and an easy solution.

My concerns were heard, and the defective item was replaced without charge in what I believe was a quick turnaround, as they could possibly make.

Because of an error by the postal service, I ended up not receiving my order when it was supposed to be delivered.
I contacted them and they reassured me they would make things right if it had been lost, and Sheena was attentive in the way she spoke to me through email.
I did not need a replacement since my package was found, and when I first looked at the necklace I was impressed with the quality.
It has a picture of my mom; I lost her recently and when I wear this piece, she will be close to my heart in another way as well.
The only issue I have with it is that I wanted to have the word “Mãe” (mom in Portuguese) written in it, but they weren’t able to do it since accents aren’t used in the English language and now it looks like it says Mae.

I got the wrong ring and contacted customer service and they were wonderful I really liked how quick they got back to me.

I had a hiccup with my PayPal that accidentally changed my address on the order to the local target instead of my address. I was so worried that my package would get sent there and emailed the team at wear felicity about the issue. They got back to me super quick and were able to update my issue (which was not on their end at all!!). I am so thankful for the team there for helping me and I can’t wait for my product

I had a mishap on my end on forgetting to put my apartment number so my package was returned, but the costumer service respond quickly and help me out and now my package is already on its way back to me thankyou 🙂

When placing order make sure necklace comes with it. It is only the pendant. Pay attention to size. Very good to work with in terms of customer service.

I had not correctly entered my personalized info. They emailed me within couple days and got it fixed!
