I received my necklace as a gift and loved it. I wore it for several months and then found that the photo insert fell out in my bed, luckily. I messaged the company on their website and was told it was out of warranty. I decided to fix it myself and found some glue that I thought would work and glued it back in. I looked at my necklace today and it had fallen out again. But this time I haven't been able to find it. Also, the back of the heart pendant is all tarnished. This may or may not be a scam but DO NOT buy anything from them.

I placed an order, received an email saying it didn't go through, tried to place it again, only to find out that I paid for it twice. I immediately contacted the company and they refused to cancel one of the orders. I wish I had looked at the reviews prior to doing business with them.

I would honestly give this a negative star if I could. The photo quality of bracelet was not good and the bracelet broke after just a few days not even while wearing it, just while handling it. Save your money and shop elsewhere. They do not stand behind their products and do not provide refunds.

I ordered a ring with my name in cursive. I wasn't happy with it because the font made it look like 2 words instead of 1. I made a comment on Instagram and received a response right away. After messaging with the rep, they made it right, by sending me a replacement ring. I truly wasn't expecting that. I have ordered numerous bracelets from Wear Felicity and never had a problem. I will continue to order from them going forward.

Just a heads up to others—my order took exactly one month to arrive (02/17 - 03/17). The company was nice about the production delays, but the items are really small and not what I expected based on the pictures from their website. The photos make them look much bigger than they actually are. Honestly, not satisfied with this purchase.

I absolutely love the jewelry it was absolutely gorgeous but my charms have fallen off twice now and I cannot get a refund or anything for them. They are poorly put together so you pay and they fall off and than have to re purchase it.

Excellent customer service! I opened a package and the bracelet broke. They offered a replacement with no questions asked.

I ordered 5 custom rings on Feb 6. I emailed them on Feb 12 for the status because I hadn't received an email stating it was shipped.

This is the response I got from them on Feb 12:
I'm happy to let you know that your order is scheduled to complete manufacturing by February 13th! Once it's ready, please allow an additional 1-5 business days for processing and dispatch from our facility.

It's now March 4 and I still don't have anything. I didn't look them up until now (my fault) and apparently they have an "F" with the Better Business Bureau. So be mindful.

When and if they do ever arrive, I'm hoping they're at least a decent quality.

My experience with Wear Felicity has been disgustingly disappointing. Customers pay upfront for items they never receive. Their customer service is pathetic. I would never recommend anyone purchase anything from this sorry excuse of a “business”.

Great customer service. Love the bracelets I got. 2 are gifts and I am sure they will be loved for years to come.
I requested 2 more brochures to include with the gifts and they are being sent to me.

The jewelry is really lovely. The picture quality is good. The reason I gave a rating 3 is the chain is very delicate, also soon after I ordered I notice they had the same picture on two of the four necklaces I ordered. I tried calling, chat messaging, and emailing the company within a half hour of the order to change the photo on one the jewelry item picture, but I was contacted a few days later saying I couldn't for the order was in processed.
The charms are beautiful, I am hoping they don't tarnish with time.

I had ordered a locket ring with my angel babies photo in it. After 5 days of wearing it, it broke and wouldn’t stay close. I reached out to the company and had told them what happened. They asked for my order number and a video to show them the damage. With no problem I sent both over. They were quick with response and told me they would replace my ring with no charge and send me a 25% discount code for my next order with them. They said the order is all set and already in the works. Over all my ring is beautiful but unfortunate I can not wear it yet. I am looking forward to wearing my replacement every day. Thank you Wear Felicity to your 100% customer service!!

The locket ring I bought my daughter was tarnishing and the lock on the locket was weak. They were super prompt in responding to me and put in a replacement ring.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed. I understand for the most part that every store has a return policy, but I think there need to be some exceptions. I ordered myself a locket ring as a memorial for my dad. I included his picture inside and I was elated when it came before Christmas. The downside? I cannot get the locket open. I got it open once and never again. I have had multiple people try and it is impossible. I have other friends who have purchased from there and one of them even tried and commented how sad it is since the photo is the reason for the ring. After contacting Wear Felicity, I was basically told "too bad, you're stuck with it" Horrible customer service and I will definitely be leaving other reviews including the BBB.

Any company can be good- but when you problem solve with a positive outcome that is the proof of a great company!! Had an issue after the sale was complete. I was frustrated because there was no phone number to call. Reluctantly sent an email and was shocked it was answered super quick. Jaelyn was fantastic with the back and forthe exchange and got the promo added! This was my second purchase and there will be a third because of the outstanding customer service!!
