I was a longtime customer of Phlo Pharmacy until they stopped processing NHS prescription at somepoint this year (2025) & I very sad & upset about this decision.
Having to start from scratch when changing to Wegovy
Morrisons Clinic Phlo automatically tried to put me on the 0.25mg starting dose for Wegovy after 3 pens in with Mounjaro and making a steady progress next pen at 7.5mg. When I queried why I was starting again from the beginning after swapping (I can't afford Mounjaro and was advised a swap would be a favourable alternative) I was told that you cannot compare like for like between the two drugs and that computer said 0.25g only (yes the assessment was instant so AI definitely in play at this stage). I asked whether it was fair on customers to "go backwards" with their weight loss journey but the customer service agent was adamant that there was no further dose offering beyond 0.25mg even though I had experienced no side effects on the higher doses with Mounjaro. I even noted in the Morrisons correspondence that with 0.25mg Wegovy existing patients looking to swap "may experience less appetite supression initially". This suggests to me that I'd be wasting the cost of a month of injections by starting all over again from stage one so I've cancelled my account and moved to a rival supermarket chain to continue with Wegovy. This new supplier (as with all the others I investigated for swapping to Wegovy) have put me on a higher starting dose (0.5mg) so I don't lose momentum and money continuing where I left off with Mounjaro. I strongly recommend patients look to alternative suppliers when switching to Wegovy as there are charts out there that show suggested correlation between certain dose level stages between the two drugs suggesting, after initial assessment, that you don't always have to start from the beginning as suggested by Morrisons Clinic Phlo
This is the 2nd time my delivery has…
This is the 2nd time my delivery has not actually been delivered to my door. It is clear as day where I live, easy to find, all doors are numbered yet they seem to chose a service that is completely irresponsible. They don't leave any cards to say where it has been delivered and accept anybody living anywhere to accept delivery. This is incredibly expensive and now I'm two weeks behind in my dose because they won't give me a new delivery when its not my fault the parcel has been lost or stolen.

Nag you and spam your emails telling you to set up a delivery date for prescription but don’t ask if your pre payment certificate (which I don’t ever remember telling them I had) has run out or not.
A few months down the line you’ll receive a letter from the equally broken NHS telling you that you’ve got a penalty notice for not paying, when you were never prompted to pay when the delivery was made.

Nightmare - Just use someone else!
The saga continues. I still do not have my mounjaro after originally ordering it on August 24th. They took my money on August 29th. Despite me eventually being able to change delivery to my local Post office, Royal Mail continued delivering to my house when I was out, as I knew I would be. They now tell me the pen will be fine. According to Google AI Mounjaro pens can ony be used up until their expiry date if they have been stored between 2c and 8c. This outfit now tells me the pen they sent me expires on October 1st. I can't believe it. However good the packaging is, there is no way it will remain between 2c and 8c in the postal system for a week or more. I already have another pen on the go. So even if I get the pen by Saturday, by the time my existing pen expires, the pen they sent probably will expire at least a week earlier than October 1st, so I am not sure I will even get 1 dose out of it,before it expires. All pharmacists I have spoken to say not to use it. The Morrisons clinic website says delivery is 24 hours. It has already been one week, so the contract is broken. However I am getting emails from a lady called Carrieann which completely ignores the fact that UK contract law has been broken. She also tells me I can reschedule the delivery on Royal Mail a second time which you can not. They only allow one change, and I did this and Royal Mail ignored it. So it is lost in the post. I can make no more changes, so this also breaks the contract. Carrieann knows very well the pen they sent expires on Oct 1st, and she must know the pen can no longer possibly still be between 2c and 8c. So it is impossible that even the Oct 1st expiry date can be relied upon. This is supposed to be a reputable company, but I feel as though I have been had by a cowboy outfit who think they can do what they want. It is the first time in my life where I actually feel like the victim of fraud. It is a sickening feeling. Do not use this lot for Mounjaro, because they deliver when it is convenient for them, and don't care if that doesn't work for you.

Took money, then cancelled, avoid.
Took payment for Mounjaro, then after a few days decided they weren't going to fulfil, due to wanting to keep existing customers supplied, well maybe check your stock levels and don't accept new customers if you are not going to supply as we are not all rich and now I have to wait 3 - 5 days to get my money back so I can try and find somewhere else, by which time I will have even less chance, thanks!

I ordered medication and it was sent for a review which took days and the order got cancelled while they had already taken money out the bank which meant I had to wait 5 working days for a refund plus the 5 days wasted on reviews. And why take the money when you are well aware the order might not go through?There was no consideration of the time wasted and how that ultimately means someone will be out of medication for weeks.

The app is great for efficiency and medication sent promptly. Only criticism is they kept asking me to leave reviews, did it once, kept asking. In the end I received an email saying they were unable to supply my medication and gave me a months notice to go away.
Website misleading and mess you about
I am big man 140kg big BMI 40 plus I thought I would give this a GLP1 medication a go. Loads of sites out there settled on this site touted to be EASY just fill out a online assessment assume AI checks it and approves. choose your medication and pay. Once payed oh now it needs further assessment please submit photos of yourself and on the scale fair enough has to checks and balances. Only after submitting photos, now we need medical record goal posts keep moving. Next day delivery when after I have messed about for week. Gp office says phlo must contact them with a request Phlo want Gp to email them. Customer stuck in the middle cancel as by the time it gets sorted will not be at home to accept delivery.

Excellent service from the first order (just done my third). I had ordered mounjaro from another pharmacy who supplied me with just 4 needles and no sterile wipes. After receiving my first order with Phlo, I received my pen, a new sharps box, a pack of 100 needles and sterile wipes at no extra cost! All ordered have been super quick. Have received my order within 2 days which is fantastic. I’ve had to contact customer services an a couple of occasions and their responses have been quick and efficient.
Very disappointed with customer service.
Customer Service and so called a caring company is totally misleading.
Has anyone read the terms and conditions 🤔 if you have any problems they will just say it's in the terms and conditions and they won't be able to help you . My pen jammed after the first dose . I phoned was told to send photos and and send a report on what happened. Which I did. Not no time did they say keep the pen. Don't waste your money with this company. They just want your money.....
Frustrating waste of time
I have been trying to order Mounjaro via Morrisons for the last day, reaching a “computer says no” decision.
Contacting them and explaining that I’ve been taking the medication successfully for months have my GP approval, going backwards and forwards with proof, and eventually they said it would be escalated to Patient care team.
They then responded with another “computer says no” and referred me to my GP (which I don’t need to do because they’re aware and supportive of my Mounjaro medication).
Appreciate they choose to offer or decline medication to whoever they like, and they have to be a responsible pharmacist, but don’t ask me to provide proof of this, proof of that and claim you’re going to escalate to patient care to then literally change your mind in the next email.

Ordered my 1st injection pack and…
Ordered my 1st injection pack and started on my weight loss journey. I only got 3 injections instead of the paid for 4. When I contacted them I was told that I must have given myself an extra dose. Which is totally wrong. During the emails back and forth I felt that they were calling me a liar as they just kept saying that it was my fault. Won’t be ordering from them again. The customer service don’t want to help and just keep asking me to re order at an increase in the cost. I only lost 3lb which is no where near what they advertised. Why would anyone order something that is a set amount and accept it when they didn’t get it all.

Absolutely devastating
Absolutely devastated I paid £160 for my medication weight loss , and it has been bouncing around the delivery system for 5 days so now I only get 3 weeks and they won't help me ! Iam only taking this as I have severe arthritis and can't move enough to loss weight .
The postman never put a note through the door to say missed delivery wasn't until the second missed attempt that I got an email saying missed delivery. I then couldn't get it re delivered until Saturday !
I was at the hospital having MRI scans not out enjoying myself like suggested by the customer service agent ! Iam also at the hospital Friday ! So just be careful quick to take your money but not to help also it doesn't come up as Morrisons it comes up as pro lads which is confusing!
I hardly go out due to my condition.

I have experienced ongoing issues with this company since the beginning of our interaction. My dissatisfaction primarily stems from the inadequate level of support provided. I placed an order for the medication I require, only to receive a notification indicating that it was out of stock. A customer service representative informed me that the stock availability fluctuates due to high demand for the same medication, which I find perplexing. One would expect that sufficient inventory would be maintained to fulfill customer orders.
With over 15 years of pharmacy experience, I understand the importance of adequate stock management, as my previous employer ensured that we had enough medications to meet customer needs. In instances where an order could not be fulfilled, there were concerted efforts to arrange alternatives, accompanied by an apology for any inconvenience caused, with assurances that such occurrences would not happen again. We served clients with significant purchasing demands, which necessitated meticulous stock management practices.
The organization I represented was the largest supplier to independent chemists within the UK and Europe and received several awards for its exceptional service. Therefore, it is reasonable to expect that your pharmacy would possess the necessary capability to fulfill orders consistently. Additionally, I encountered difficulties with the application interface and was dissatisfied with the process required to close my account, which necessitated an in-depth explanation of my reasons for doing so.

Was a customer from the early days, then unceremoniously dumped by them as they could no longer provide the service. I do NOT live in Central London as other reviewers do.
I suspect this is due to them freeing up their operations for their deal with Morrisons. Us poor loyal customers can go jump apparently.

Awful Service
All started fine as an NHS prescription service, but they decided to remove me from their service as they couldn't give me the "care needed"! What really gets me is that my partner is still with them and gets medication from them, but I am not allowed to anymore. To make matters worse, they didn't bother to send out the prescriptions submitted before their deadline and I was left without crucial mediation as a result of their negligence. They are just another company more interested in profit rather than customer care. Avoid at all costs.
Edit: you haven't closed down fully as you are still doing NHS Prescriptions for my wife. Absolutely shocking generic reply.

Phlo is OK. ROYAL MAIL IS USELESS!
I have never had problems with Phlo Clinic itself, but they should really reconsider whether they should be using Royal Mail. Every month I have to stress out for days on end, missing work days at home waiting for my parcel just to get daily emails telling me I wasn’t home (when I was and no one buzzed!). Mind you, this is a medication that must be refrigerated and is being managed by a useless service provider. For 4 months in a row I’ve had this issue.
