SCAM
SCAM! The product was advertised as a powerful wifi repeater. I installed the product according to the user manual and opened the page provided in the manual for configuration and when I tried to start the configuration it added a 5.18€ weekly fee to my phone bill.
Now the page has been taken down, all products are no longer available and the seller cannot be contacted.

Great Technical Support
Bought a Wavlink dock which did not have USB charging when no device was plugged in. Contacted Wavlink support and they immediately provided a firmware update that fixed this issue. Still some small with the dock that rarely occur but can be simply fixed by unplugging and replugging the device.
Setup took more effort than initially suggested
Overall, I hve a WAVLINK AX1800 outdoor Wi-Fi extender does work once it’s installed. I have cameras in my chicken coop several hundred feet away from my house, and I need a network connection to run those cameras. That said, I have to be honest—the setup process was nowhere near as easy as advertised. In fact, I almost returned it.
The instructions were not very clear. Some of the links were broken and unusable. In the end, I had to call customer support and have them walk me through the setup step by step. To be fair, customer service responded to my email quickly and even called me back as requested, so the support definitely deserves five stars.
I also feel the price is a bit high, and the unit itself is quite large and bulky. It can’t stand on its own and has to be mounted or secured somewhere, otherwise it just keeps falling over. There is also a green indicator light on the power cable that stays on all the time, which is a bit annoying since I placed the unit outside a second-floor bedroom window to get better signal coverage.
Overall, it’s better than some other products on the market and it does meet my needs. I just find the setup process too complicated, which was disappointing.
Wavlink WL-WN578S2
I bought a WL-WN578S2 which worked for a time and then malfunctioned. I took it back to the shop and they replaced it. Just 4 months in and the replacement has failed. Wavlink.com site does not have this model on the firmware update options. I sought help on their website but like last time - absolutely no response. I do not recommend this company or it's useless product. Looking online I am not alone (hundreds of negative reviews). I will now try Tp-Link as have found their products to be superior in the past.
Install was Simple to set up and if placed high enough you’ll have Wi-Fi for hundreds of feet!a breeze
Install was a breeze. I installed it about 12 feet up on the outside of my metal building. It’s in repeater mode so it’s wirelessly connecting to my home's router ( 40 feet away ) and broadcasting a signal over 200+ feet outdoors. Absolutely worth the money so far! We’ll see how long it lasts.
Set up was super easy. Just power the unit on while sitting next to your computer or smartphone. Connect to it via your Wi-Fi and a web browser screen should pop up. This is your settings. Enter the factory password (in the instruction manual). Set the mode, connect to your Wi-Fi (if using repeater mode) change the Wi-Fi name if you want. Then save.
I’ll update this review if anything changes over the course of time.

very good product and customer support
I bought recently the WS-WN573HX1 AX1800 wifi outdoor access point. The device is really well made and support is really prompt and helpful. I strongly recommend this brand.
Very rapid response
Very rapid response. All comms were via email because I do not have a phone. The replies and thought that applied to my very strange problem were handled extremely professionally. Ultimately they could not provide a solution but it was not even their problem. I have never had a company try to assist at this level before! Usually requests are ignored or you end up with some sort of A.I. BS. Not so with me.
Outdoor router is unreliable and…
Outdoor router is unreliable and plastic becomes brittle and breaks in no time. Sim carrier is metal and shorts some sims meaning you can only use sims. where pads dont come to the edge. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
Wavlink ax6000 2.5 gb router
Wavlink ax6000 2.5 gb router, throttles gigabit fiber interner down to 95mbps. Then wont connect at all. Wavlink, rp link, asus, all suck overpriced routers. One job.
I purchased two WAVLINK outdoor LTE…
I purchased two WAVLINK outdoor LTE routers over a year ago, and it was a complete waste of money. The product was advertised as a high-performance outdoor 4G/5G router, but in reality:
There is no 5G support – just misleading Wi-Fi “5GHz” marketing.
The 4G LTE modem is low-end CAT4, extremely slow and unstable.
The antennas are weak, and signal reception is poor even near a cell tower.
Wi-Fi range is mediocre, and speeds are far below expectations.
Not suitable for rural use or remote areas, despite being advertised as such.
I paid around 200 EUR for two units, and they both perform worse than a 30 EUR USB modem. The product looks professional on the outside, but it’s cheap plastic inside with outdated technology.
This is misleading advertising. WAVLINK sells junk with fancy words and empty promises.
❗ Avoid this brand at all costs if you’re looking for reliable LTE or 5G connectivity. Total scam.

Absolute junk plastic that breaks down when used as intended outside.
Plastic will breakdown within 12 months, not suitable for sunlight even in shaded, weather protected areas
AUD $199 highly recommended return for full refund.
linking to the MESH Nest to your app
Your app for linking to the MESH Nest system is impossible to set up as you can't add the code you send to the set-up form ... if you try to use the password reset option, it actually, for real, asks for my password. Can you find some grown-ups and put all this nonsense right?
Outstanding Product and Even Better Customer Service!
I purchased the Wavlink Outdoor WiFi Range Extender to boost the WiFi coverage around my property, and I’ve been really impressed with its performance. It delivers strong, reliable signal throughout my yard and even reaches areas I couldn’t connect to before. Setup was straightforward, and the device has been running smoothly since installation.
But what truly sets Wavlink apart is their exceptional customer support. I ran into an issue with my device, so I contacted their support team—and they were fantastic. From the very first email, they kept me updated at every step of the process, making sure I knew what was happening and what to expect. Their communication was clear, professional, and friendly. Best of all, they resolved my issue quickly and ensured everything was working perfectly before closing the case.
It’s rare these days to find a company that stands behind their products with such great service. I highly recommend both the extender and Wavlink as a brand—you won’t be disappointed!
MALWARE. DO NOT BUY!
Purchased USB to HDMI converter, which requires a driver (something to be installed) to work. The software provided by this company is malware. When running this on Virus Total it had red flags, when running on Hybrid Analysis ( an online virtual computer that checks what software does when downloaded) it scored 100/100 for malware. Has Trojan.Generic so has hidden malware. Avoid at all costs. Will be returning to Amazon and reporting this.

They claim bogus waterproof case…
They claim bogus waterproof case statistics in order to sell you products that flat out die when used outside. I've had electronics NOT rated for outdoor use last for literally years while this 200$ CAD product literally died in less than three months. Absolutely shameful

wireless adapter that just does not work
Bought a wireless adapter via Amazon but I just could not get the thing to work - far too complicated and I could never get it working. Bought a dongle elsewhere for less than half the price which worked straight out of the box. Wavlink did respond to my problems but all still far too complicated

Horrible company. Doesn't deserve your money.
This is not the type of company you want to succeed. I had a dock stop working just outside of a year warranty. Horrible build quality.
Support then wasted my time. After pushing, they offered repairing it. With a $200 shipping fee. Don't do business with them.
Just be aware that Wavlink produce many…
Just be aware that Wavlink produce many different computer or IT products and we have purchased a few of their docking stations which have been terrible. The stations that we tested actually managed to destroy the data on both of two tested hard drives (no important data was on either). Both ot the tested units lost internal power during the cloning process and destroyed the partitions. We contacted Wavlink and were promised replacement units and they never honoured this and just kept making excuses. We proved to them that the units were faulty and you can see other peoples reviews on Amazon that back our findings up.
Avoid this company if you value your data or want to deal with a company that eventually ignores all emails and hopes that you will stop contacting them.
