Pissed off Mama
We called here after checking the website (come from Manchester). I check accessibility as I was coming with my disabled 82 year old father in law and my 16 mth old little girl, no problems there looked like a lovely FAMILY FRIENDLY pub. When we got there we where told no under 5's where allowed inside ( 32 degrees outside may I add) when I questioned the manager I was rudely told it does say on the website (on the menu part, not accessibility) I was rudely told we could sit in the shaded area, as I said 32 degrees outside all shades areas taken. Maybe these should be reserved for families with under 5's who clearly do not eat as there is a kids menu for food. Safe to say you will NEVER get my custom again even when my child is old enough. I didn't even bother asking if we could take her in to change her nappy, probably would of been told to do it in the shaded area!!!
