I ordered three replacement water filters for my Whirlpool wrf736 fridge. I received Kenmore filters that are supposed to be compatible. They appear similar. However, appearances can be deceiving; after the first filter would not fit in the housing even with force, I submitted a request for return to the company. I have been going back and forth with them, first sending requested pictures, then "trying again" (for the 7th and 8th time) sending videos, then opening and trying the remaining two filters at their request. They also would not fit. Their last suggestion was "maybe they are tight because they are new", ignoring the fact that I have told them I have replaced the filters 4 or 5 times previously, never with any trouble. After my fifth email and third request for an RMA and return address, I have heard nothing for the rest of the day. I will be submitting a dispute with my credit card company. Do NOT do business with this company, their promise of "easy return" is a lie.

Great water filter the same as factory-installed and brand. Waterfiltersystem had a better price than our local stores or the same brand name product. Easy to install and works well with our water system in our refrigerator.
