Brilliant service, my Rolex Perpetual Datejust was well overdue a service (20+ years overdue!) and to say I am more than pleased with the service given is an understatement, together with a reasonable cost and a watch that was returned to me looking superb.
Keep up the good work!

After reading some online reviews and looking at their website I sent my Omega Speedmaster, which is very precious to me, to them for a service. Their communication was great, keeping me informed all the time about the progress of the watch, which I really appreciated, and uploading pictures of the service. They (quite rightly imo) don't polish cases as part of a service but they cleaned my Speedy (which I thought was already pretty clean...) so it looked as new. The winding mechanism is much smoother than before and it is keeping near perfect time in contrast to the +20 seconds a day. Suffice to say I am absolutely delighted - thanks so much Ray and the team!

I have just received my Omega Seamaster back from Watchguy after a strap repair. This is the third time that I have used them, once for a movement repair and once for a major service. I find them reliable and well priced. I wouldn't send my watch anywhere else.

These guys are great.
My 1970's speedmaster had the two dial feet broken off ...... probably due to abuse by me.
They tried to fix it and save me money but the fix didn't work so they helped me source a new dial and then fitted that. In otherwords they did a lot more work over an above a normal service and didnt charge me any more.
It is now consistently accurate to about 2 seconds a week!
Great guys.

In 2014 I had a sadly neglected mid 1960’s Seamaster Cosmic overhauled and restored by Christian and his team. Came back in mint condition. Could not be happier.
A decade later I have just engaged again with Christian and his team. I am seeking a review/repair of a late 1960’s Automatic Seamaster Cosmic. The latter Watch is misbehaving after half a century of regular use and some diffident servicing by local “watchmakers”.
My point.
Vintage watches all have a story to tell. No less so than in my case where the watches are both freighted with much sentiment. Judging by reviews Christian and his team continue to respect the sentimental reservations of owners in trusting heirlooms to strangers.
I am in Australia and sentiment aside, the “tyranny of distance” is often a problem for us Down Under seeking heirloom Watch repairs from US and elsewhere. I have no hesitation in recommending Christian and his team for repair projects with a sentimental history.

Sent my 53 year old Oris watch to the watchguy.
It would only run for short periods of a few seconds to a few minutes.
Ray kept me fully up to date with progress, and as others have said phographs of work being done, 24 photos to be precise.
My watch arrived back looking like new, really well packed, in a nice little watchguy box I will use as a travel case.
My experience with the watchguy is 100% positive, and they are definitely trustworthy. I will certainly send any future servicing or repairs here.
Thanks again Ray.

Had my vintage speedmaster go in for a full service.
Not only was the team super speedy (pun intended) with the service, the quality of the service was sensational.
Ray communicated with me with every step of the way from watch received all the way to watch being sent back to me.
All with high quality pictures of the work being done.
Couldn't recommend them more and will be using them to service all my watches.

Have had my Omega Drivers Watch since 1971 and have used it as my daily watch since then! This watch has been serviced over the last 53 years by respected, but very impersonal companies!
Stumbled on Watchguy whilst looking for an alternative watch servicing specialist. I could immediately see from their web site that they offered a very personal service, so sent my Omega off to them.
Wow, what a service (and I don't just mean the watch service)! They kept me informed whilst my watch was in their hands. I could see pictures of it as my Omega passed along its journey!
Watch just returned, like new, just as it was those 53 years ago!
Thank you Christian, Johannes & Ray, you did an excellent job.

The service from the guys at Watchguy is second to none. Super skills, super communication and you know your watch will be serviced and/or repaired by experts.
I've had eight of my watches serviced by Watchguy now and every one had the same 5 star service.

This is the fourth (?) occasion I have asked Christian’s help with vintage family watches. The service from his team has always been second to none and I am so grateful that he is helping me out again following a mishap with my husband’s vintage Omega. Thank you so much for the service you offered by yourself and your team especially the level of customer care. I would never look to go anywhere else. From a hugely appreciative customer! Caroline

Superb, efficient, value for money service.
Submitted my Omega Speedmaster for a main spring repair and service.
Excellent communication throughout and being able to follow the work by the shared link was very interesting and informative.
On return my watch was silky smooth to wind and is keeping excellent time.
No hesitation in recommending their services.

Breitling top time watch repair and service.
Excellent turn round with pictures of the strip down.
The watch required some replacement parts because of a botched repair 2 years ago some parts had been glued in.
I have had the watch back for a month and now keeping perfect time.

I send all my watches to the Watch Guy and get excellent service. By now I must have had 10 watches through their workshop and all have been returned in a Watch Guy branded travel pack, including the watch, the parts removed and swapped out as well as anything extra that needed to be done. The business is so successful that they can only take about half the repairs that they are asked to do. You are updated all along the way and pictures are taken at every stage of the repair/service process. These are kept, I believe, indefinitely and can be referred to if there comes a time when you want to sell the watch, or if you're just interested. The repairs are all guaranteed for a year; a guarantee I've never had to use. Christian who, I believe, started the business now has two other extremely competent watchmakers working with him. I'm have the impression that a significant part of what they do is pro bono, as if they find a problem they will fix it and not necessarily charge you fully for the extra effort. My watches all come back running within COSC standards, if at all possible. The three watchmakers also contribute to the watch world as a service by, for instance, printing exhaustive tables listing lift angles for thousands of watches and writing reviews on various movements. In my experience the quality and prices are both excellent. I couldn't be more satisfied with my Watch Guy experiences.

I used watchguy based on their reviews and although I was a little hesitant as I was sending my Rolex to them by post and I had a deadline to have the watch returned (I was travelling in 2 weeks time), Ray assured me they would have it serviced and safely back to me by then. I was informed at every stage of the service (pics and info was provided via a link). Watch was returned packaged securely and on time. I can’t thank Ray enough. Excellent communication and a professional service. 100% recommended.

The best watch servicing experience I have had. I sent a JLC futurematic in on Friday, on Monday I got an email saying it had arrived and a link to the workshop tracking page. By Monday evening I could see photos of the watch dismantled and info on the planned work. By Wednesday it was reassembled with a new part, and being tested. A photo of timegrapher was on the website. Seven working days after sending it off it was back on my wrist.
The prices are transparent and very reasonable. The ability to see exactly what is happening via the website is amazing.

Christian and his team do an amazing job! They make the process of shipping a watch overseas for repair easy, and his pricing structure is very fair and upfront. Also, his job tracking portal lets you see the repairs being made to your watch. I highly recommend watchguy.co.uk!

I just want to thank Watchguy team for your work on my Grand Seiko The First. Your work is practically indistinguishable from magic! Thank you very much!

Christian and his team took a watch. I damaged with seawater 25 years ago and returned it to full working glory. I couldn’t be happier with the service. This company provides. I had a small issue some weeks after they took it back and repaired it immediately under warranty with no questions, I would highly recommend this company to anybody who needs any sort of repairs on their watch absolutely fantastic

I have sent 4 or 5 watches for service with Christian, Ray and Johannes. Each time perfect service and communication, honesty in appraising the watches and excellent advice. Each time I am pleased with the result and timescale.
When watches are precious family heirlooms too, one, my grandfather's dating from 1940s... it can be hard to trust a watch is in good hands.
I know each one of my watches with Watchguy is in "good hands" and will continue to be in future.

WatchGuy didn't ask me to write this review, I felt compelled to write it because their service was so great.
I asked them to service my late father's watch, an old Sicura/Breitling divers watch - not valuable financially, but sentimentally priceless.
I mentioned how nervous I was about sending the watch to a third party - I'd heard terrible things about other watch places refacing and polishing without consent - and they treated me with kid gloves.
Every part of the process was detailed. Every bit of the watch that needed to be replaced was returned to me. The watch runs beautifully now and hasn't lost a bit of its charm.
I am hugely grateful to Christian and the team for such a wonderful service.
