It's easy to buy a watch on Watches2u.com. The site is user friendly. I've always had a good service from this company. The 2 watches that I ordered arrived less than 6 days after in Montréal, Québec, Canada. The watches were undamaged. They both work fine. Top notch service. Thanks to all the Team at Watches2u.com. Ordered a watch. It said on the website it would be sent the next day. Received two emails, one saying the payment has been processed, the other one saying you will receive an email with shipping details. One week later, still nothing. I sent an email chasing this up. No reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Shopping was straight forward and easy!!

Watch overall is nice arrived with a flat battery which I immediately told them about before dispatch they should check that everything is working if it's been on the shelf for along time at least put a new battery in it I asked if they could refund me for the price of the battery showed them proof of receipt didn't want to know couldn't send it back before I brought a new battery as it was a present for 2 days after it arrived

Brilliant service. Ordered watch Monday morning and received it Tuesday lunchtime with free delivery. Watch very good value for money and good quality. Definitely recommend Watches2u.

What a wonderful website if you need a good watch for a good price! And the customer service is SUPERB!

I am delighted with the watch. The watch is just as described and pictured on the website. The watch was despatched in a few days . However the transit between the U.K. and Republic of Ireland was lengthy. From the date of despatch to delivery was 15 working days. The communications to customer service was courteous but the only advice was to keep waiting. An Post in Dublin were helpful to track my parcel

I ordered 2 timex watches a couple of weeks apart to decide which I liked most. Decided to go with the 36mm solar and returned the other one. Watches were delivered fast on both occasions. They were the best prices on the internet. The return was an easy smooth process and refunded on the day they received the watch back. Brilliant service. Would happily buy from them again.

I ordered 2 Daisy dixon watches and was mad when I saw 2 purses. Delivery was fast , next day and free. Just to find the watches in the purses. Beautiful sale, good condition. Good delivery. 5 stars it is.

Ordered my watch on the Thursday it arrived on the Friday, free postage too.

Watch brand new in immaculate condition and for about half the price of everywhere else. Very impressed I will be ordering from there again.

purchased from this company last in April 2019, they will not remove my data until after 7 years, say it is the policy of the ICO it is not, I would not recommend them they do not take anything seriously, complaints especially.

I still stand by what I have said above and I have contacted the ICO and a complaint has been made.

Very happy with my watch

I recently purchased my 4th watch from this company. I would give them 5 stars however I was slightly disappointed with the customer service with my last purchase. 7 days after receiving the watch they advertised a greater discount code on their website (10% instead of 5%). So rather than returning the watch and purchasing again with the 10% discount, I asked customer services if they could just refund the difference which would save all the returning and re-buying. But they politely declined saying prices go up and down and that I would have to return the watch and then buy again. I can understand that but it's not very convenient to return and re-buy exactly the same watch again. It's not very eco-friendly if we consider the carbon footprint. Plus it'd cost me money for return postage and them also to send out to me again so I don't see how any side gains. The watch is unworn and still has all the wrapped and sticky plastic and tags so I could easily return it but as its so little gain now, I'm not going to. I will just keep it at the higher cost. I'll still purchase from them in future as I have no other complaints. Going forward it would be good if they could introduce a policy where if the price of an item drops within the returns period, they should be able to refund the difference rather than asking the customer to return and re-buy.

Update: I contacted customer services again after asked to do so (see below response) after this initial review and was told the same thing again so asking to contact them was a waste of time.

Rapid delivery, beautifully packaged( it's a gift), looks nicer in the flesh, a very easy purchase,

Update to review:
Following my original review (below) I got a message from Watches2u claiming that they had not received any of my follow up messages or the receipt for the new battery I had to get fitted in the watch they supplied that did not work. This was odd since I had continued emailing the same contact throughout and the previous messages had been safely received. Nonetheless, I sent the receipt again. I have now been given a partial refund of the cost I incurred in putting a new battery in the watch. Apparently they are not willing to refund the full amount it cost me to sort out their problem. All things considered, I will not be changing the star rating on this review as Watches2u have asked. The customer service I've had has been really poor and the review is factual. Seems to be another company that don't care very much when they get something wrong. I won't be returning to Watches2u any time soon.

Really poor customer service from this company. I bought a watch which was duly delivered but didn't work. I emailed Watches2u and was told if I got a new battery fitted they would refund me the cost. I agreed to do that and I sent them a copy of my receipt on 3 June. I heard nothing. I have since emailed them 6 times with no response and no refund. Appalling customer service!

What a Joke!!! I explained that the Lume didn’t work? So I was told to stand outside on the Sun till it worked!!! Then! I explained the Bezel didn’t line up at 12 o’clock??!!! So the lady said the photo shows the hands at 11:45 and when it turns 12:00 o’clock they will line up!!!!!! If it weren’t real you’d laugh your socks off!!! But this is the Customer Service from Watches2U !!! Honestly!!!!!!!! Absolute Joke. Trying to return it was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do!!!! Stay away from them for goodness sake!!!!! Go elsewhere.
